Apply Two Payment Methods at Check-Out
Many of our bidders apply a specific amount of cash and then would like to pay with credit card for the rest. It would be very helpful to be able to apply cash or check amounts to the total and then be able to apply another form of payment like credit card for the remaining balance. This would also allow two bidders to split the cost of an item. Using the way to you suggest to do this then gives inaccurate information on how much items really cost by having to change them to make their payments work. This would…

Add Custom Reporting (or include all applicable fields in the reports that you provide)
Some of your reports do not include important fields that would be useful for reviewing records. (ie "Packaging Status" report does not include Package Description and Donation Comments, which would be useful to verify that all pertinent information was included when the package was created... another example is on the Data Exchange Page, the "Item/Services Donation Report" does not include a Donation #). I realize that you can't please everyone so maybe adding a custom report feature, allowing users to create reports from all available fields would be the answer. At the very least, please add the above fields to…

Donors Covers Cost
We want an option for donors to cover the cost of their processing fees when they check out.

Check Out as Guest
Currently, guests are required to create an account prior to purchasing tickets or sponsorships via the event website. Benefits of this approach: Accurate tracking of which guests make which purchases, Consolidated reporting and receipts for each purchaser, Ability of guest to return at a later date and purchase additional items, Ability of guest to store credit card number for future use (both for event website purchases as well as event-night checkout via the Control Center). However, the requirement to create an account does create additional friction during the purchase process, and may cause some purchasers to abandon the purchase process.…

have the event website as such that returning donors/bidders do not have to request/create a new account for the new event.
Since patron information can roll over from a previous event, it would be great if our returning bidders did not have to request and subsequently create a new account year after year.

Allow manual text messages to be sent out. This way we can communicate more than just auction notifications
We have used other platforms that allow text messages as well as email communications to be sent from the platform. We can set up manual communication texts (Don't miss out, invites, and other communications) as well as automatic (outbid, bidding closed, etc).

Notifications when Bidding Closes
We want an automatic notification to be able to be sent from RSA to notify bidders just before the bidding window closes. *5 minutes, 10 minutes etc- and you can choose the time frame.

You could send Invoices for sponsorships
Currently, sponsorships only show in Invoices after they have been paid. Since sponsorships are more like ticket sales, it would be better to be able to invoice for sponsorships just as you would with ticket purchases.

Automatically Notify Winning Bidders
Currently, it is up to the auction staff to send out winner notifications and invoices via the Control Center once the auction has ended. This feature would enable the automatic emailing to bidders of invoices with payment instructions.

Transfer to Donor Perfect before the event is locked.
To have the ability to transfer event data to donor perfect before the event is locked. Currently the transfer to donor perfect won't work until 4 weeks after the event.

Allow the "Welcome" email to be customized like the Invitation email
The Welcome email should be customizable, just as all other email templates under Patrons > Communications.

Separate sponsorships from donations.
Separate sponsorships (i.e. table sponsorships) out from the other donations, since they have different functions - for our event, our table sponsors are dealt with much differently than our auction donors. This would be helpful when sending thank you letters and when pulling reports at the end... Also, create a separate Sponsors area under the patrons tab, instead of lumping the sponsors in with the donors.

Email Customization
It would be great if we could allow customers to edit the subject lines of their emails. This is a marketing tool, users may want to customize the messages being sent to patrons.

Allow the eCatalog package sort order to be customized
Currently, the eCatalog sorts packages alphabetically within a category. There should be an option to change the sort order, as there is with the printed catalog.

Streamline account creation with purchase of tickets
The process to buy a ticket is cumbersome. A guest clicks on the ticket, but then has to create an account, which sends an invite. The invite link takes them to complete the account but never takes them back to the purchase they started. It would be MUCH better if the ticket purchase and sign-up for account could happen all in one session. Then you can verify the email if you like. If someone has an account, they could sign in and purchase all in one shot, too.

Make it easier to sort item order in Arrange Packages
Setting the order requires moving items up or down one spot at a time, as opposed to simply renumbering where you desire the item to be. As new live items were received, it takes a long time to move them into the desired order. And if there are more than 20 items, you cannot see all of the items at one time.

Give donors a donation receipt automatically.
When a person enters an item they should get a receipt they can print out that verifies that the donation was entered. This would serve two purposes. 1) The donor knows the process was successful and 2) They have a receipt to include with the item they donate that serves as a label for the auction staff to know who the item came from and can easily match it up with the online entry. Maybe this is something that would happen after the item is approved? An email could be sent to the donor with the information.

Allow couples to share a bid number as part of the ticket buying process
This would eliminate the need to manually assign a primary bidder. There is no need for primary bidders in a couple.

Automatically Generated Emails after Purchase
It would be great for Ready Set Auction to send an automatic email when someone buys a ticket or a sponsorship so we are notified. I know we get an email when someone request to create an account, but it would be great to get a similar email to show when someone actually registered.
