Not every event has eBidding
I'm using RSA to sell advanced tickets and capture credit cards for traditional bidding. No eBidding / No Catalog. Unfortunately, the account creation email for ticket purchasing requests eBidding instructions (i.e., Remain anonymous, inform if overbid). THIS IS VERY CONFUSING SINCE WE HAVE NO EBIDDING. CAN THIS BE REMOVED?

Payment button was more visible on invoice
Many patrons thought that when they received their invoice it meant that their card had been debited and they could pick up their items. They don’t always scroll to bottom where payment button is. Recommend that the payment button be moved to top of invoice.

Need Help with Bidding Issues - Why Is My Bid Not Being Accepted?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using ReadySetAuction for a while, but recently I’ve run into an issue that I can’t seem to figure out. Every time I try to place a bid on an auction, I’m getting an error saying my bid isn’t accepted, even though I’m sure it’s within the bidding increments and the reserve price.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there something I might be missing or a setting I need to check? I’ve tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and even using a different browser, but the issue persists. level devil

Question About Auction Start Time - How Accurate Is the Countdown?
Hello,
I’ve noticed that the auction countdown on ReadySetAuction sometimes doesn’t match the actual start time of the auction. I’ve had a couple of instances where the countdown showed the auction starting in 10 minutes, but when I checked back, the auction had already started a few minutes early.
I’m just wondering if this is a common issue or if there’s a specific time zone setting I need to adjust. Does anyone else experience this, or is there a way to ensure I’m seeing the correct start time?

How Can I Export a Detailed Donor Report with Custom Fields in ReadySetAuction?
Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me with a reporting issue in ReadySetAuction. I’m managing an upcoming charity auction, and I need to export a detailed donor report that includes some custom fields we’ve set up for our donors—like their preferred contact method and donation history notes. I’ve been poking around in the reporting section, but I can’t seem to figure out how to include those custom fields in the export.

A report was easily available for items that did not receive bids.
It is not easy to find the items that don't have bids. The information is available on the Report of Bidding Activity By Package, but cant be sorted, so one has to look through all the items to find those with 0 bids. There is no time for that in the heat of the auction

Allow patron to make a partial payment at checkout. Patron may be sending checks from 2 idifferent accounts. When you choose "check' 5for
Allow patron to make 2 check payments at check out. Example: Patron wants to send checks from 2 different brokerage accounts. We received one check and want to enter it in RSA. We cannot. Because when you enter a check, there is no Amt. field to enter. It assumes you are entering the entire amount due.

Unable to add auction item to existing category
Hi Support Team,
I'm setting up the auction for an upcoming event and have already created several categories to organize the items. However, when I try to add a new auction item to one of the categories, the system doesn't save the change — after clicking "Save," the item doesn't appear in either the category list or the auction items list. I've tried this on both Chrome and Firefox, but the issue persists.Is this a temporary glitch? Is there a workaround I can try?

Bidders unable to receive confirmation emails after registration
Hi,
Several of our bidders have reported that they did not receive confirmation emails after completing their registration. We've checked the spam folders and tried resending, but still no luck for some users. This is making it hard for them to complete their accounts and start bidding.Is there a known issue with outgoing emails from the system, or do we need to adjust any settings on our end?
Appreciate any advice you can provide — we want to resolve this before our auction officially goes live.

Issue With Paddle Numbers Not Displaying On Bidder Check-In Sheets

We’re in the final stages of preparing for our live auction, and we noticed that the paddle numbers assigned to bidders are not showing up on the check-in sheets we generated from ReadySetAuction. The columns are there, but the numbers are missing for most guests — even though we assigned paddle numbers manually under each bidder profile.Is this a known issue, or is there a setting we may have overlooked when exporting the sheets? We need paddle numbers clearly printed for smooth check-in and bidding.

Invoicing and payments
The ability to invoice for sponsorships and also make split payments is important for us. Many corporate donors pay for the non-tax deductible portion and then pay the tax deductible portion through a fund at a foundation.

Need to be able to use a persons phone number and email address on more than one record.
We need to be able to use a person's email address and phone number on more than one account. I have people who I need to register under their business and individually and they use the same email and phone for both.
