  2. Event Website Address Field Showed All Characters

    It would be very helpful if the field where the event address is created would be long enough to show all the entire URL. Especially since it is unable to be changed once submitted. If the field is not able to be enlarged then at least the ability to scroll to the end of the entry would be a huge help! Thanks!

  3. More Ways to Reorder Sponsorship Entries

    It would make more sense for the entries to work like most programs - first entry on first line, second on next, third and so on. If one does not realize this program is the opposite it requires reordering. This process is cumbersome in that the up/down arrows only move the entry one row at a time. It would be much easier to have the option to reorder by first to last or drag and drop. An additional idea would be to have a (?) pop up box that says that the order is entered a-typically. Thanks!

  6. Increase the number of tickets a person can purchase. Right now the limit is 25.

    RSA has a default of allowing only 25 admission tickets to be purchase at one time. Increase the number.

  7. Report of All Who Placed Bids with Contact Info

    We had an event that included onsite and offsite bidders. In order to thank everyone who PARTICIPATED we were going to use everyone who checked-in (attended) as well as anyone who placed bids while offsite, but we don't have that information.

    I imported my data to DonorPerfect, which worked very smoothly. But then I exported that data from DonorPerfect to Quickbooks, and discovered that many of the RSA entries had reference numbers longer than 11 characters, which is the max that Quickbooks allows, so I had to fix a bunch before I could finish the import. Please make sure RSA reference numbers are 11 characters or less!

    Please add a setting where we can test and customize record matching criteria before importing into DonorPerfect. We ended up with over 100 duplicate records after the import.

  14. Payment button was more visible on invoice

    Many patrons thought that when they received their invoice it meant that their card had been debited and they could pick up their items. They don’t always scroll to bottom where payment button is. Recommend that the payment button be moved to top of invoice.

  19. A report was easily available for items that did not receive bids.

    It is not easy to find the items that don't have bids. The information is available on the Report of Bidding Activity By Package, but cant be sorted, so one has to look through all the items to find those with 0 bids. There is no time for that in the heat of the auction
