Allow the "Welcome" email to be customized like the Invitation email
The Welcome email should be customizable, just as all other email templates under Patrons > Communications.

All emails should be customizable and on brand. Also, we should not be limited to how or how often we reach out to our constituents.

This is the most archaic system I have ever used. Not being able to brand is just ridiculous.

I am surprised that any subject line is not able to be customized. Why in the world would you make that a static line - It really doesn't make sense and is an easy fix.

I agree. The welcome email lists that we are selling tickets, sponsorships, etc.. and this is misleading as it is not the case for every events. This is simply a silent auction and we would appreciate the ability to edit this e-mail.

Why is the subject line of the Welcome email not customizable!!!!!!! It is listing our organization name 2x!

I agree. The "Welcome" e mail should be customizable... it seems confusing to the recipient. I think that all communications should be customizable!!!
