Simplify Creating an Account
Right now it is a process to create an account for the Event Website. It would be nice if this was more of a streamline process. They should not have to request an account before creating an account online. This is an unnecessary step.

Print Specific Bid Sheets
It would be nice to be able to select a single package's bid sheet for printing. No need to print them all again when only one or a few packages have changed and need new bid sheets.

Customizable texts and emails
It would be great to be able to send custom texts and emails - like "two days left to bid". Current communication platform lacks any customization. Other auction sites have that capability.

support mobile card readers
It would make the system more flexible to integrate mobile swipe devices allowing staff to handle credit card swipes with an ipad or iphone. It also makes the use of wifi not as important which in some venues can be sketchy.

Removing complementary tickets
I would like to be able to remove complementary tickets without adding a monetary pledge.

Credit card integration should apply to all areas of the Control Center
Currently, credit card integration is not offered in all areas of the ReadySetAuction Control Center. For instance, a sponsorship purchased via credit card needs to be processed directly within the processing gateway, and then the last 4 digits of the card can be recorded manually via Items > Donations > Add Donation.

Allow bidders to view next package online
I would love for bidders to be able to click next or click previous packages when looking through the auction items, rather than having to go back to the main screen and then scrolling down to where they were.

Show associated package(s) on the Donation Page - Better yet, include links to the package(s)
When viewing a donation record, it would be nice to be able to easily tell what package or packages a donation has been assigned to. Currently, if a donation has been mistakenly assigned to a package and there is no reference to it in the package name or description, there is no way to find what package the donation is assigned to without exporting the Package Status report to Excel and doing a "Find" from within the spreadsheet. You should be able to see what Package the Donation is assigned to from within the Donation Record.

Check In Email
It would be a beneficial feature for RSA if the day of the event Bidders who purchased a ticket can receive a communication/email to be able to check themselves in. This will save a lot of time.

Allow users to create a discount code
If you want sponsors to be able to purchase additional tickets with their sponsorships at a discount.

Add sort functionality to reports
So often, if I just want to take a quick look at something (without having to export the data) the reports come up in no sensible order. For example, I wanted to check on a package in the Sales Margin report, but the packages are not in any order--not by package number or alpha order--so I have to scan the list to find my item. This is true in many of the reports. Being able to sort by one of the column headings would be much more user-friendly.

Offer a bulk patron delete option
Deleting patrons from ReadySetAuction is a tedious process since you must first remove the donor/bidder designation from the record, and then delete the patron record itself. There should be a global delete option in ReadySetAuction where a filter can be set, and any patron who fits that criteria immediately deleted.

Place Donor Contact Information on RSA Generated Gift Certificates
How are winners supposed to know who to contact when they win an item? It would be very helpful if RSA could give the option to include the donor information on the gift certificate. I'm having to manually go in and add it to all gift certificates, therefore adding that info twice.

Allow for a Fair Market Value of $0.00 on a donation item
There are certain circumstances where a donation item should have a $0.00 value. Therefore, we should have the ability to enter this value in instead of settling for $0.01.
Likewise, we should be able to define the FMV which appears in the purchasing bidder's receipt.28 votes -

I would like to add my event logo to the showcase.

Bidder accounts could be used to update guest lists
Often sponsors purchasing large ticket amounts may not know the names of all their guests at the time of purchase. It would be great if their bidder account could link to their guest list in the control center so that they could enter guest names and then RSA would create the bidder and add the bidder to the sponsor's guest list. This would cut down on the need for event staff to manually update guest lists.

Modify Packages that have Bids
I want the ability to modify anything on a package even if it already has bids.

Allow patrons more account options
Allow guests who have registered and paid for their tickets to be able to manage their meal choices, people in their party & other details. This would make having table hosts much easier. Right now when someone buys 10 seats (1 table) they have to enter the information about the guests right away. They can leave this section blank, but then they need to take the additional steps of letting a staff person know the information about their table guests and we have to enter the information. It would be much more user friendly for our patrons to be able…

We would like to be able to sell complementary tickets online.

Allow merged invoices for couples that eBid separately
Currently couples can share a bidder #, but if they want to eBid online as individuals (with their individual email addresses), there is no way to get a merged invoice. This means they need to checkout separately. This makes checkout confusing, because couples checkout with their shared bidder # at the end of the event, and may not realize they have not paid for one spouse's online winnings.
