Transfer to Donor Perfect before the event is locked.
To have the ability to transfer event data to donor perfect before the event is locked. Currently the transfer to donor perfect won't work until 4 weeks after the event.

We are trying to lock this event so we can transfer the information into our DP before everyone leaves on holidays before the New Year. Having this information in our DP account and ready to share with our Board is critical.

This needs to be changed.
But, for those our there struggling with this, I have emailed their help and gotten them to lock it early. Not sure why we can't determine when the event gets locked. -

This is a deal breaker we had no idea we could not reconcile our event and issue the transfer on our time frame. We will not use this next year.

It is vitally important to be able to have data transfer within 1 week of an event. The data transfer component was the selling point to purchase RSA. Not so much now. The delayed data transfer is a real issue. Finding this especially true as we are approaching a month end close out.

This is an issue. Our accounting person disliked this due to not being able to match the daily deposits up correctly.

Yes, need to be able to transfer to DP right after event closes not 4 weeks later

I dont understand. DO you mean that the funds in ready set auction will not go to donor perfect until 4 weeks after the event?
