  1. Direct Integration With Web Streaming Platforms

    With the increasing prevalence and need for online only events, it would be beneficial for ReadySetAuction to have direct integrations with online streaming video platforms that are commonly used for online events. The ability to better host online only events that utilize video streaming would be invaluable for users.

    We would like the images in the E-catalog to be able to be clicked on to be enlarged so our bidders can see them in a more detailed view.

  3. Make Bidder Under Everyone

    I want to be able to under "Patrons- Everyone", choose at the bottom under "actions on everyone" to be able to mass create people as bidders.

  5. Comment section needs to be accessible

    The comment section in the cash donations screen needs to be included in reports. We have some cash donations that are tributes or have sub-solicitation information. It would also be helpful if the comment section would transfer to the notes section in DonorPerfect.

  6. You could send Invoices for sponsorships

    Currently, sponsorships only show in Invoices after they have been paid. Since sponsorships are more like ticket sales, it would be better to be able to invoice for sponsorships just as you would with ticket purchases.

  7. Ability to add countries into the Account Sign up page

    We have many oversea patrons that would like to sign up for an account in RSA but are unable to as there is no country field and the state province fields are US and Canada only. This is super frustrating to the patron and we can potentially lose a lot of potential bids.

  8. multiple events could be open at the same time

    In this virtual world, with many organizations doing multiple online events, it would be great if we could have more than one auction open at the same time so that we could accept donations for one future event while the current event was still happening. It would also be useful if we had extra items that had not been packaged, if we could carry those over into the next upcoming event.

  10. E-catalog had a chat feature

    Now that many events are going online, we would like to suggest having a chat feature for our bidders to speak to one another or to us. Or have a forum where they could go to speak to one another. This would help us engage them in our auction as well as make it more lively.

  12. Customizable reports

    We should be able to customize reports and then be able to email them. The report should be able to pull up a company that donated items (single or multiple items, or everything they donated) and then pull all the bidders information. I would like to garner more information from bidders: name, COMPANY NAME, address, phone, email. We should be able to produce this report to each supplier. Our people want to contact all the people that bid on their items and they want to see what our bidding is. All of this information is in the system we just…

  13. Weekly Sales & Donation Downloads

    There should be a way to download sales & donations into our DonorPerfect software on a weekly basis prior to the event date and even afterwards so that double entry doesn't have to happen. We need to balance our books each month and waiting until 4 weeks after the event to do this is not realistic.

  15. Ticket and Sponsorship Description should be more visible

    Please make an option for Admission Ticket Category description and Sponsorship Level Information description to be visible on the actual website page under each sponsorship level or ticket category instead of clicking on the info image to see the description.
    I would like the purchaser to see important info about what they are choosing. Most users will not know to click on the info image to obtain this information.

  16. It would notify bidders either they won

    One of the things I noted was that Ready Set Auction does not notify bidders that they won the bid. The bidder has to sign on to see that they owe something. When the event is strictly an online event, it is important the bidders are notified. Otherwise the volunteers have to call everyone to let them know.

  17. Several suggestions follow . . .

    -The actual logo of our sponsors could be on our event website.
    -We could see live bidding updates as they happen
    -We could sell raffle tickets
    -Payment by credit card/paypal can be set to required in the settings
    -Titles for patrons/donors need to be expanded to Mr. & Mrs. Also, need to include religious titles such as Sister, Father, Brother, Reverand, etc.
