Allow patrons to access their account if it is already set up in the system
Many patrons ignore emails from an account they don't recognize, so we still mail invitations in many cases. Those Patrons invited by mail could not access an account that was already established for them, and if their email was already in the database they had to register with a different email, and that resulted in many duplicate entries for the same people. What is the point of setting everyone up in a database prior to the event if the patrons can't access it?

Just Tried Burger Valley – Easily One of the Best Burger Spots Around!
Hey folks,
I’ve got to give a quick shoutout to Burger Valley in Streatham — what a find! I was searching for burger deals near me and came across this place. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint.
Their smashed burgers are incredible — juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. I grabbed one of their burger meal deals, which came with fries and a drink, and it was a total win. It's now officially my go-to spot when I’m craving a solid burger fix.
If you’re in the area and looking for the best burger near me, you’ve gotta…

Remove lines around sponsor logos on event website
When adding multiple sponsor logos using the table format, it would be nice to remove the lines of the table.

'Skip this Step' for Names for Tickets Should Not be an Option
When our donors are purchasing tickets and are asked to input names per ticket, there is an unchangeable option for them to 'skip this step'. In order for individuals to enter our venue, it is required to have a full name per ticket. This button should not exist, or at least should have the option to be removed.

Remove tax-deductible clause at the end of receipts
Some events are not tax-deductible events, especially ticket prices. It would be beneficial to have the option to remove this clause from the end of ticket receipts. We also have our own tax-deductible policies. This just encroaches on our policies.

How Can I Export a Detailed Donor Report with Custom Fields in ReadySetAuction?
Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me with a reporting issue in ReadySetAuction. I’m managing an upcoming charity auction, and I need to export a detailed donor report that includes some custom fields we’ve set up for our donors—like their preferred contact method and donation history notes. I’ve been poking around in the reporting section, but I can’t seem to figure out how to include those custom fields in the export.
Has anyone here successfully exported a donor report with custom fields included? I’d love to know the exact steps to make sure I’m not missing anything. We really…

Archive Old Events after a certain period of time
It would be great if there were a way to 'delete' or 'archive' past events so they don't continue showing up in the pull-down list for each DataBase in use. We sometimes have 3-4 events happening at once, and having a list of over 20 events makes it easy for a mistake to happen. Please either delete or archive past events after a certain amount of time, like 3-4 months.

Winnings Report could include more info
Three features would really improve the usefulness of the Winnings Report ... and save me a lot of Excel manipulation!
1) Be able to add donor contact info such as phone and email.
2) Be able to add WINNER info such as name, phone and email.
3) Be able to break down each package into its component items. We get a lot of requests from auction item donors for information on who won their item, especially for services like massages. To provide that, I currently have to run the Winnings Report, the All Patrons Report, and the Item/Service Donations Report,…

Question About Auction Start Time - How Accurate Is the Countdown?
Hello,
I’ve noticed that the auction countdown on ReadySetAuction sometimes doesn’t match the actual start time of the auction. I’ve had a couple of instances where the countdown showed the auction starting in 10 minutes, but when I checked back, the auction had already started a few minutes early.
I’m just wondering if this is a common issue or if there’s a specific time zone setting I need to adjust. Does anyone else experience this, or is there a way to ensure I’m seeing the correct start time?

Need Help with Bidding Issues - Why Is My Bid Not Being Accepted?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using ReadySetAuction for a while, but recently I’ve run into an issue that I can’t seem to figure out. Every time I try to place a bid on an auction, I’m getting an error saying my bid isn’t accepted, even though I’m sure it’s within the bidding increments and the reserve price.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there something I might be missing or a setting I need to check? I’ve tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and even using a different browser, but the issue persists. level devil
Any help…

Add "reminder to bid" email template for bidders under Communications
Currently there is no option to send mass "reminder" emails to bidders. If you are holding a silent auction and would like to remind everyone who created an account that the auction closes in xx amount of hours as a "last chance to bid!" type of communication, you would have to do so outside of RSA

Allow patrons to RSVP online for events that do not have an admission charge
Allow patrons to RSVP online for events that do not have an admission charge. We host several art events where there is no entry fee, and we have individuals bid on the art once they arrive. For planning purposes we would like a headcount.

I wish I had the ability write my own reports, especially around payready information
The Reports are okay, but sometimes to get the information I need I have had to manually create the reports off of like 3 reports. I wish I had pay ready report by bidder number with the last for digits. Also if a couple has a bidder number and a shared credit card, both people were marked with a 'Yes' in Payready.

Improve viewing items during live auction
When browsing items in the auction, we had over 15 pages of items, with multiple pages within each category. A frustrating issue occurred when clicking on an item and then using the back button—it would take you back to page 1 instead of the page you were previously on.
This was particularly challenging while setting up the auction. If I was working on an item several pages in, I had to constantly click through multiple pages to return to the item I was working on after hitting the back button.
For example, if you're viewing an item on page 8…

"Create Receipts" Could Be Sorted
It's wonderful that we can click on Create Invoices>All Invoices>Sort by and have 3 options: Table #, Bidder #, Last Name. We are not given that option for "Create Receipts". Please change that for us.
