Image Zoom In
We would like the images in the E-catalog to be able to be clicked on to be enlarged so our bidders can see them in a more detailed view.

We could edit items that had no bid yet. We often get last minute additions to our auction!
We could edit items that had no bids yet. We often get last minute additions to our auction, and can create more attractive packages by adding the new items to an existing one instead of making a stand-alone package.

Win-It-Now Parameters
Currently, if a prior bid on a win-it-now comes to 80 percent win-it-now, it allows you to bid higher then it, however, if the prior bid doesn't hit 80 percent, then the next bid only allows you to bid the win-it-now. If the bid itself is more then the win-it-now it should allow it, regardless of the prior bid.

Allow for the display sheets with photos to be able to be edited
Either have them be a word doc or produced in RTF instead of HTML.

Increase the character limit for the Package Description field
Increase the character limit for the Package Description field. 1500 characters is too limited when there are many items in one package and a description is needed for each item

I would like to be able to create custom bid sheets and design them within RSA.

It would be great if Catalog numbers could be Alphanumeric
It would be advantageous for Catalog numbers to have alphanumerics to help guide the bidders in a series of related packages as well as Auction organizers to more logically track them, separate from the Inventory numbers, of course.
Some organizations have non-numeric coding schemes which greatly increase their efficiency, both behind the scenes and Auction facing.
For example, A Catalog number starting with "R" would be for the Red table, helpful for everyone; more simple, in fact, than a number in the 9000 series that represents the Red table.

More Pictures for Packages
It would be great if RSA allowed users to upload multiple pictures for the eCatalog, this would allow bidders to get a better impression of what they are bidding on and help drive interest in the auction.

Preview packages as you add them
It would be great if under Items > Packages, when you create a new package, you could preview what it will look like in the eCatalog right from that screen without needing to actually go into the eCatalog (similar to the Setup > Event Website preview).

Add Sub-categories for Packages
Our donors currently search for items by category but an additional level would be helpful to sort by sub-category to further organize packages and make the experience more user-friendly.

Modify Packages that have Bids
I want the ability to modify anything on a package even if it already has bids.

You could enter a $0 sale for an auction package
There are instances in which an auction is needed to be entered at $0 and the software should allow for this.

eCatalog should allow packages to open immediately
Right now, opening times for packages on the eCatalog go in 15 minute increments, and when you add a new package, the earliest time it can open is 15 minutes from when you add it. It would be great if this was more flexible and you could have a package open immediately when it is added.

Increase Raffle Max Ticket Amounts
I would like to add more of a quantity then 9999 for raffle tickets. We have 19,000 tickets that we are selling.

It'd be great to be able to remove the bids from the Patron page.

Additional Auction Report Needs
It would be nice to have different ways to sort the list of your auction items into a PDF easily readable format. You need to remember that many groups are working with lots of volunteers that may be turning in items with incomplete info. Being able to easily print readable list by category of items not packages would be helpful as you start to put a lot of these items into packages. I have not found your printed reports very useful thus far.
