Streamline account creation with purchase of tickets
The process to buy a ticket is cumbersome. A guest clicks on the ticket, but then has to create an account, which sends an invite. The invite link takes them to complete the account but never takes them back to the purchase they started. It would be MUCH better if the ticket purchase and sign-up for account could happen all in one session. Then you can verify the email if you like. If someone has an account, they could sign in and purchase all in one shot, too.

I want to be able to control who registers (I want them to have to PAY for their tickets BEFORE they register) without putting extra steps on my staff. Give us the ability to set it up that once someone pays THEN they are then invited to create an account. Or! If someone registers and they haven't purchased a ticket, they are automatically invoiced for a ticket. As it is, my staff has to track payments in paypal and bounce it off lists of bidders to track you can come in the door at the event. Too much extra work....

Agree with Susan's comment. We assumed functionality would be similar to DP - we were horribly wrong and it's too late to make a change for this year. Hopefully it will get better in time for next year.

We are SO unhappy with this system. With only 4 weeks to our event - we are contemplating pulling the plug on using RSA. This has been a nightmare!
