I wish I had the ability write my own reports, especially around payready information
The Reports are okay, but sometimes to get the information I need I have had to manually create the reports off of like 3 reports. I wish I had pay ready report by bidder number with the last for digits. Also if a couple has a bidder number and a shared credit card, both people were marked with a 'Yes' in Payready.

Reporting: Need a report for ticket sales that includes date of ticket purchase, names of guests, guests menu choices and notes.
Need a report to use to "audit" ticket sales for accounting. Should include the date of ticket purchase, the name of the purchaser, the name of the guest, menu choice, and notes. Therefore, if a ticket purchase included 4 tickets, then there would be 4 line items to the purchase.

Bid card template that isn't a full sheet of paper
The mail merge for the bid cards with the bidder name is good, now if the bid card wasn't the size of a full sheet of paper, it would be even better. What about 3 to a sheet that we can cut apart and they would then fit in a basket on the attendee's table? large enough to see but small enough to not take up valuable real-estate on the tables. We ended up manually creating our bid cards so another less bulky option for a mail merge would be appreciated.

we could choose pledge date vs. payment date for pledged giving
Users often have some patrons who pledged money on one date and paid later, but the payment date in DonorPerfect is showing as the pledge date. It would be preferable to have control over whether the date is recorded when pledges vs. when payment is received.

Report of all emails sent
Enable a report that shows a record of all emails sent. Currently it is very difficult to double check who has received emails or not, unless you click into the history of each individual patron. It's important for accounting purposes that we have a record of the receipts being sent.
This could be done by showing a column for "Receipt Sent?" on the patron list. There is a "Thanked?" column, but we do not always use the Thank You email template for sending receipts to those who made monetary contributions.

Export Sponsorship Logo Grid by Level for Recognition Board
Have the ability to export a pre-formatted, visually appealing layout of sponsor logos by sponsorship level for the creation of sponsor recognition boards or other printed materials requiring a visual list of sponsors for recognition.

You could customize letters in Printed Materials
You should be able to customize the printed materials with the organization's logo, custom language, and letter head.

Please include a QR code to the rsabid.com website on the Electronic Bidding Tips sheet...much easier for those using phones.

Report of All Who Placed Bids with Contact Info
We had an event that included onsite and offsite bidders. In order to thank everyone who PARTICIPATED we were going to use everyone who checked-in (attended) as well as anyone who placed bids while offsite, but we don't have that information.

deposit report
We need a deposit detail report so we can match the donations or bid payments to the deposits to our bank account to be recorded in our finance software. Are there fees, or are they 1:1 deposits? What was transferred when?

Add export to cvs for ALL reporting screens!
We’d like a report of ALL packages, with all fields that we can download into a spreadsheet. There are many other screens that are not specifically reports, that should also be downloadable

Comment section needs to be accessible
The comment section in the cash donations screen needs to be included in reports. We have some cash donations that are tributes or have sub-solicitation information. It would also be helpful if the comment section would transfer to the notes section in DonorPerfect.

Customizable reports
We should be able to customize reports and then be able to email them. The report should be able to pull up a company that donated items (single or multiple items, or everything they donated) and then pull all the bidders information. I would like to garner more information from bidders: name, COMPANY NAME, address, phone, email. We should be able to produce this report to each supplier. Our people want to contact all the people that bid on their items and they want to see what our bidding is. All of this information is in the system we just…

drill down in summary reports
When I run a summary report (of sponsorship sales, as an example) it shows that I have a certain number of sales of each sponsorship level. Please could you make it so that I can click on that number and see a drill-down of the individual sales?

I would like to have a report that I could choose the data fields that I need in my report and onsite print material. More options for advanced users would be really nice.

DPO integration should allow for more specific gift codings
Because sponsorships/monetary pledges/in-kind donations often need to be tracked separately within DonorPerfect, it would be great if the DonorPerfect Transfer screen gave you the option to set codes separately for these different categories of gift transactions. This way you could give one sub-solicitation code to sponsorships, a different one to in-kind gifts, etc.

Floor Markers for auction setup
Floor markers with Catalog number large print, then item name, desc., donor, value. Would be very nice if they could print in a batch as well as individually (for re-print).
We use floor markers for setting up our 100 silent auction items and 50 Christmas Trees . When item info changes we re-print a new marker.
