  1. The Hidden Difficulty of Recognizing Song Intros

Recognizing a song from its intro sounds easy in theory, but in reality, it is often far more challenging than people expect. Many heardle players of music guessing games or casual listeners struggle not because they lack musical knowledge, but because the intro itself provides very limited information. Short intros and the absence of vocals can turn even famous songs into surprisingly difficult puzzles.

One major reason song intros are hard to recognize is their length. Some intros last only one or two seconds before transitioning into the main beat or verse. In such a short timeframe, the brain has…

  4. Advanced Auction Activity Log for Better Transparency

It would be very helpful if ReadySetAuction could include a more detailed auction activity log for administrators and sellers. This log could show a clear timeline of actions such as bids placed, bid increments, automatic bids triggered, user activity, and any system-generated events during an auction.

Having an advanced activity log would improve transparency, make it easier to resolve disputes, and help admins better understand bidder behavior. This feature would be especially useful for high-traffic or competitive auctions where many bids occur in a short period of time.

Overall, this enhancement could increase trust in the platform and provide better…

  5. Unable to add auction item to existing category

    Hi Support Team,
I'm setting up the auction for an upcoming event and have already created several categories to organize the items. However, when I try to add a new auction item to one of the categories, the system doesn't save the change — after clicking "Save," the item doesn't appear in either the category list or the auction items list. I've tried this on both Chrome and Firefox, but the issue persists.

Is this a temporary glitch? Is there a workaround I can try?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  6. Archive Old Events after a certain period of time

It would be great if there were a way to 'delete' or 'archive' past events so they don't continue showing up in the pull-down list for each DataBase in use. We sometimes have 3-4 events happening at once, and having a list of over 20 events makes it easy for a mistake to happen. Please either delete or archive past events after a certain amount of time, like 3-4 months.

  7. Need Help with Bidding Issues - Why Is My Bid Not Being Accepted?

    Hi everyone,

I’ve been using ReadySetAuction for a while, but recently I’ve run into an issue that I can’t seem to figure out. Every time I try to place a bid on an auction, I’m getting an error saying my bid isn’t accepted, even though I’m sure it’s within the bidding increments and the reserve price.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there something I might be missing or a setting I need to check? I’ve tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and even using a different browser, but the issue persists. level devil

    Any help…

  9. we could select which guestlist we want to roll forward.

We host annual events in mutiple cities, therefore it would be nice if we could choose which event guestlist we want to roll forward rather than the most recent.

  10. Monetary Pledges could be transferred into DonorPerfect as donations, not Auction Winnings.

When doing a transfer to DonorPerfect, Monetary Pledges are identified as Auction Winnings rather than Gifts and Donations. This is clearly incorrect and needs to be rectified. Monetary Pledges should be categorized as gifts, so they can be coded in DonorPerfect properly.

  11. Ability to add/change fields in Sponsorship area to allow for needed information

We are about to set up our 3rd event using RSA. Working in the platform has been nothing short of frustrating as “Sponsorships” have such limited fields, many of them optional, and none of which can be edited/modified.

For instance, a golf tournament registration is a Foursome, four people. Only the 1st listed person must furnish their email and phone number, all others are optional. We can’t ask for a shirt size or a handicap.

Our next event is a clay shoot tournament. Singles or foursomes may sign up, but we needed to find out other information, such as t-shirt…

  13. Admission tickets could admit more than 1 person

With the current set up admission tickets can only admit a single person. If a user wishes to sell a couple or team ticket, they have to set it up as sponsorship. This is problematic as many donors will not think to look for tickets under the sponsorship section, which leaves it up to the organization to have to communicate this to their constituents. Let us be able to set up ticket catergories that admit more then one person or at least be able to move sponsorship levels to the ticket section on the website.

  14. RSA Subscriber via Donor Perfect - no option to launch a new auction without "purchase"

Our previous auction is locked out as view only. There is no option to start a new auction under our subscription. I had to contact Tech support for which I received a coupon code to "purchase" a new complete subscription for $0. The coupon code does not work. It is taking days to set up a new auction. Why is there no ongoing subscriber benefit such as easy access to a new auction?

  15. Response email was customizable

It would be great if RSA could make the response email that our guests receive upon sign up customizable or even make it optional. Right now it is somewhat confusing for our event and the subject line is not accurate nor is the fact that it is coming from a person instead of the organization as it should be.

  16. We could order items on our online catalog for virtual auctions. Also didn't like how "Request an Account" implied approval process.

We would have liked the ability to organize our virtual auction items, instead of the default ABC order.

Also, when our interested bidders clicked to create an account the webpage said "Request an Account." We saw many people click on our link to create an account, but only so many people actually created one. We worry that the "Request" language deterred people thinking it involved more than what it was, which was an automatic approval that we set up in our settings.

  17. Hybrid Event Registration- offer BOTH Paid and Free Options on same site

RSA needs to offer a solution for their clients hosting hybrid events. For ease of guest experience and clarity of marketing a hybrid event, one should be able to send all traffic to one event site. However, if RSA does not offer one person to register for free for the virtual part and another person to register for in person, then two different sets of instructions need to be provided, which is confusing at best, and turns people away because it's "too much" to remember/do, at worst.

  18. Increase limit for admission ticket options

Currently, the limit of options for admission tickets is 25. We need a way to add more ticket options than this.

  20. multiple events could be open at the same time

In this virtual world, with many organizations doing multiple online events, it would be great if we could have more than one auction open at the same time so that we could accept donations for one future event while the current event was still happening. It would also be useful if we had extra items that had not been packaged, if we could carry those over into the next upcoming event.
