Allow button customization
The Event Website has standard buttons for "Buy Tickets" and "Buy Sponsorships" etc, but this doesn't always fit every organization's needs, it would be great if users could add to the text to say, for example "Buy Sponsorships and Tables of 8"

Allow event expenses to be entered
The homepage of RSA is great. We are obsessed with the Gross Proceeds tile. What would make it even better is if there was way to also input expenses related to putting on the event, like venue cost, entertainment cost, etc. so that you could generate a complete Income Statement out of RSA. That would be a HUGE value.

Change Person to Business or Business to Person Record Type
It would be nice to have an option to allow a Person's record to be change to a Business record. Right now the only option is to delete the record and then add a new one as a business.

Give users ability to customize email templates
Being able to use the logo or banner for your event within email communications/receipts etc would make the communications that come from ReadySetAuction look much more professional and guests could more quickly identify where the email is coming from.

Attending Report with Contact Information
I want a report that shows patrons who attended regardless of whether they bought anything and their contact information, address and email.

Attendees could send a text to an event phone number to be checked in.
A phone number could be created by RSA on the day of the event that a text can be sent to check-in. If the phone number has been provided by the client beforehand, the bidder can check in with their phone attached to that number. For example text CHECKMEIN to 556569 to check-in and not stand in the check in line!

new event should have option to carry over items and packages
When purchasing a new event, you are given the option to carry over things like donors, bidders, and item categories from the last event. It would save users a lot of time if you could carry over items and packages as well. You can currently do this manually through the reports but it would make the user experience much easier and more seamless if RSA could do this for you automatically.

Allow defined sponsorship sales to be charged from RSA
Defined sponsorships currently can't be sold through RSA, you have to charge the donor directly in your payment processing system, and then mark the payment as received in RSA. It would be great if this could just be added to their invoice and charged directly through RSA like other items (assuming the SafeSave payment processing gateway is being used).

Add flag next to bidder's name indicating whether a credit card is on file or not.
Add a flag next to a bidders name indicating whether or not they have a credit card on file when entering bidder numbers in the "Record Sales" function during the event. This would allow the recorder to know if they have a card on file or not.

RSA Integration with Constant Contact for Donor/Bidder Communications
As a Donor Perfect, RSA and Constant Contact client, I would like to suggest that RSA utilize the email functionality of its partner company, which would then provide the link back to Donor Perfect - and have all of the tracking features and the customization needed for professional management of client communications. Currently, we are using Constant Contact, exporting reports from RSA, formatting for import into DP, and using a separate offline spreadsheet to track communications (eg: click through rates, bounces, etc).

Allow bidders to apply an additional donation amount, such as a percentage of total, during self-check out
When guests check out, we would like to be able to ask them if they would like to donate an additional monetary amount. It would be nice to be able to click different percentages and see immediately what their total would be. For example to be able to choose between 5% or 10% of their purchase. This would allow us to generate more income at the end of the event. Right now, you are unable to customize this amount.

Let users change amount and fair market value of a package after it is won
There may be instances where the FMV of an item was incorrectly recorded in the database. RSA should allow the FMV of the item to be modified, even after the close of the auction, and the bidder's receipt automatically updated to reflect the correct amount.

Register couples under Admission Tickets rather than a Sponsorship
When couples purchase tickets, it should be listed under the Admission Ticket section rather than Sponsorship. Couples do not click on Sponsorship because they are not wanting to provide a "Sponsorship" they just want tickets.

Change Name Displayed on Website
We want to be able to control the name that displays on our event website when people bid.

Winners of items should get a text to let them know that they won an item. Their credit card should be automatically charged.
We used to use QTego and I loved their system. Winners of items were AUTOMATICALLY checked out and sent a receipt. This stops them from having to "check themselves out" on their phones and makes the entire system a lot easier/more fluid.

Provide one transaction report for all sales, cash donations, sponsorships, and auction wins.
To be able to look at all event transactions in one place, we have to pull four different reports and merge them together. This takes a while because each reports pulls different columns in different orders. Not convenient or efficient, especially when needing to transfer this data into a donor database like Raisers Edge or Bloomerang. In general more control over reports and the ability to add columns would be ideal.
