adjust number of seats
We found that many of our sponsors were not able to use all the seats that came with their sponsorship level as originally set up, and sometimes this happened close to the day of the event. In order to know how many seats were still available we needed to free up these unused sponsor seats and found the process to do that was very complex:

Allow bidders to view next package online
I would love for bidders to be able to click next or click previous packages when looking through the auction items, rather than having to go back to the main screen and then scrolling down to where they were.

Allow patrons more account options
Allow guests who have registered and paid for their tickets to be able to manage their meal choices, people in their party & other details. This would make having table hosts much easier. Right now when someone buys 10 seats (1 table) they have to enter the information about the guests right away. They can leave this section blank, but then they need to take the additional steps of letting a staff person know the information about their table guests and we have to enter the information. Allow Admins to change staff contact information
Currently, Administrators are unable to change the name/e-mail address of a staff member after they have registered. This can cause problems when there is staff turnover and/or inadvertent errors entered into the database.

Allow admin to turn off leading bidder names in eCatalog
Some organizations may not want bidder names to show, it would be nice if there was an option to stop any bidder names from showing anywhere in the eCatalog, regardless of the type of package

Allow Donors to pay by e-Check when they purchase tickets or sponsorships online.
Currently you can only buy tickets online with a credit card. Should be able to use Electronic Check.

Remove "Received" status as a requirement for Donor Thank You letters.
Right before the auction, it is helpful to see which items I am still waiting for in the report under "Donor Will Provide" Or Arrange to Pick Up" and after the auction, there is no reason I would want to spend the time going back to mark everything as Received, except that my donor letters won't print correctly unless I do that. It took hours of work to go back to each file to change the status, just so the letters would be correct.

Allow Notes to be Edited and Deleted
We often add Notes to a Patron's record for others to handle. For example, the Reservations people enter Notes for the people handling the Table Assignments. But sometimes that information needs to be edited or deleted, and currently that is not allowed.

Allow existing patron/package/donation information to be updated via import
Currently, the import feature in ReadySetAuction only allows for the creation of new records, and does not allow the user to update existing records. For instance, if we needed to bulk update our Patron records with address or phone information, we would need to do so one-by-one.

Couples with two separate patron records should be able to share an email address

Customizable reports
We should be able to customize reports and then be able to email them. The report should be able to pull up a company that donated items (single or multiple items, or everything they donated) and then pull all the bidders information. I would like to garner more information from bidders: name, COMPANY NAME, address, phone, email. We should be able to produce this report to each supplier. Our people want to contact all the people that bid on their items and they want to see what our bidding is. All of this information is in the system we just…

copy an auction package from a previous event
Some of our donors give the same item every year. It would be great if there was an easy way to duplicate a donation (or package) from a previous event and then do minor edits as needed. This would be a great time saver.

Quick Method to Sell Sponsorships and RSVP
Selling a sponsorship and recording an RSVP for the sale is currently a two step process. Record the sponsorship sale (as a donation under the Donations tab), then record the RSVP (under the RSVPs tab). This process could be streamlined to behave more like ticket sales, by adding a "Sell Sponsorships & RSVP" button to the Patrons > RSVPs tab.

Make it easier to navigate in Manage Donors or Manage Patrons
When in Manage Donations or Manage Bidders, when there are multiple pages, it is frustrating to be working on a donation on page 3, for example, then when I click on return to manage donations, I am returned all the way back to page 1, rather than the page I was working on. Also, when there are multiple pages, not all the page numbers are displayed in the selection section at the top. The display may show pages 1,2,3,4,5..........10,11,12. So if I want to go to page 6, I first have to go to page 5, then click forward to…

Allow for Full Exporting of Tables
It would be nice to be able to export an entire table (such as ALL fields in Bidders) rather than having to export two or three of your reports and have to merge query them together in an Access table. Please give full functionality to background tables to those who know what they want to do that you haven't though of yet.

Include event access code in staff invitation email to prevent having to send a separate email to the new user that includes the code.

Bidders can opt to add a 3% contribution when they do self-checkout.
At event checkout, many bidders opt to add the 3% contribution when paying by credit card. However, this is not an option when bidders use self-checkout. Bidders should be given the option to add a 3% contribution during self-checkout.

Donation receipts were created for donations
It would be extremely helpful if donation receipts were created for items that were donated.
Ultimately, just adding the donations category to the consolidated winnings receipts would be exactly what I would like to see.
Similar to how it looks for the Bidder Thank You Letter.
It was a very cumbersome process to use the bidder thank you letter to get what I needed to thank anyone who donated, purchased/won items and paid. It would have been much easier to just print out all of the consolidated receipts and send those to anyone who needed them.

drill down in summary reports
When I run a summary report (of sponsorship sales, as an example) it shows that I have a certain number of sales of each sponsorship level. Please could you make it so that I can click on that number and see a drill-down of the individual sales?
