Automatically Generated Emails after Purchase
It would be great for Ready Set Auction to send an automatic email when someone buys a ticket or a sponsorship so we are notified. I know we get an email when someone request to create an account, but it would be great to get a similar email to show when someone actually registered.

The system really should have a feature that emails event staff any time a donation/sponsorship/ticket sales come in. If the whole purpose of the platform is to make fundraising easy, this feature seems like a no-brainer. Clearly RSA users have been requesting this for at least the past 5 years. When are we going to get it?

not only when someone buys a ticket but also buys a sponsorship level and donates an item. The patron should know if their item was accepted or rejected.

We would also like to receive an email when someone purchases tickets for the event. The need to pull the daily report adds a step, and we need to make sure donors receive receipts promptly and that we adjust ticket availability as needed.

We would like to recommend that we be alerted through an email each time someone buys a ticket Not a registration, the registration does not do anything for us. We need the RSA ticket sales names so we can enter them into donor perfect since it doesn’t populate itself.
Thanks,
Brian

This seems like a simple thing to add. I'm new to this software and all my past experiences with other event software has had this feature. Is this in the works or when do you expect to occur?

Our organization likes to send timely hand written thank you notes to our patrons to thank our patrons as well as send them "day of" instructions for our event.
Currently there is not a way for us to automatically know when a ticket has been purchased. One has to pull a daily report to capture this information. It would be great if staff could be emailed a receipt to notify them that someone had purchased a ticket.
