    Allow patrons to RSVP online for events that do not have an admission charge. We host several art events where there is no entry fee, and we have individuals bid on the art once they arrive. For planning purposes we would like a headcount.

  2. Guests that are attending with a table host or sponsor should be able to preregister and enter their credit card info prior to the event.

    Check-in takes a very long time when you have to enters someone's credit card, address, etc. It would be very helpful if guests could preregister and do this ahead of time.

  3. Payment button was more visible on invoice

    Many patrons thought that when they received their invoice it meant that their card had been debited and they could pick up their items. They don’t always scroll to bottom where payment button is. Recommend that the payment button be moved to top of invoice.

  4. Allow check-in/check-out without so much typing

    We actually bypassed RSA in favor of Google Docs for check-in and check-out so that our helpers could use tablets to see the lists, tap on the name, fill in anything that's missing, and send them on their way. RSA's default check-in/check-out should be from the list of names, and check-out should provide a tab so helpers can access the list of winners/items in addition to the list of bidders/guests. Both lists should lead to the same record, which can be updated/settled on the spot. Obviously, we'd rather keep it all in RSA, but we had over 400 guests at…

  5. Faster Check-In Process

    There needs to be a faster way to check in and add a credit card. Maybe just via a phone number - vs email, phone, password, codes...etc. We had many people decide to just not check in and not bid because it was too hard.

  6. Multiple Buyers & Multiple Payment forms

    We often have a group of buyers who purchase high-dollar items and need a way to include multiple buyer numbers and amounts.
    Similarly, an organization may purchase an item from a combination of cash and checks. It would be helpful to break down a payment using multiple payment forms.

  7. A Single Click "Checkout Now" button was available from auction screen

    I believe that there should be a one click checkout option when purchasing items as a "buy it now" option. The process to go back to the Home screen, then My Account, then Pay Invoice, or even locating the $ icon to checkout is VERY confusing and often causes many issues with my patrons. We have been using the system for close to a year now and this is a continued problem.

    If there was a "Checkout Now" or "Complete Checkout" single click button that would alleviate SO MANY headaches for our fundraising team.

  8. Create the ability for table purchasers to enter guests names as they fill their tables, beyond the initial purchase of the table

    Our attendees cannot know exactly who all their guests are going to be at the time of purchasing a table, and their inability to subsequently go in to the system and update names created a significant administrative burden in getting these entered, particularly on the night of the event itself.

  9. Allow patrons to store credit card information without making a purchase

    Currently, patrons are required to make an online purchase (admission tickets, sponsorship sales, etc.) in order to be presented with the option to store their credit card information for use at the event. It would be great if they were able to create this online account and store credit card information without having to make a purchase.

    Essentially, we would like that a user be able to create an account and simply save a credit card for their account. And that's it. No need to purchase anything, just save their credit card information.

  10. Allowing table purchasers to be entered the same way as individual seat purchaser

    Anybody wanting to buy a table had to enter this as a sponsor, which had two adverse consequences: a) it was hard for attendees buying tables to find how to do so on the site (we had to speak with a lot of folks to advise them how to do this); and b) generating reports of attendees was difficult from an administrative perspective, because accessing information about individuals and sponsors have to be done in two different ways. We view individual purchasers and table purchases (other than a true sponsor, such as a corporation) as the same thing.

  12. Winners of items should get a text to let them know that they won an item. Their credit card should be automatically charged.

    We used to use QTego and I loved their system. Winners of items were AUTOMATICALLY checked out and sent a receipt. This stops them from having to "check themselves out" on their phones and makes the entire system a lot easier/more fluid.

  14. Credit card zip code error messages were more informative

    Under @Event > Check Out Guest (also @Event > Check In Guest) you can add a credit card for a bidder.

    If that bidder has a Canadian zip code, you must enter it with a space, for example, K0H 9Z0 in order for RSA to accept it.
    If a US client happens to have a one-off Canadian bidder, and they are unfamiliar with the format of Canadian zip codes, they may try to enter this as K0H9Z0. This format is not accepted, and you are not able to add the card if you don't know that you need the space.

  15. Billing address entered when bidder puts credit card on file should populate the patron's ADDRESS and ZIPcode fields if they are blank

    If a patron puts a credit card on file at checkin, we are required to enter billing address and zipcode. That information should populate the Address and Zip fields on patron's record IF they are currently blank. Similarly with email if patron gives email address for receipt, the info should populate the email field on patron record if currently blank.

  18. Bidders can opt to add a 3% contribution when they do self-checkout.

    At event checkout, many bidders opt to add the 3% contribution when paying by credit card. However, this is not an option when bidders use self-checkout. Bidders should be given the option to add a 3% contribution during self-checkout.

  19. Identify the PayReady Guests on the Check Out Guests Screen

    On the Check Out Guests screen, the drop-down box shows the list of everyone who owes money. It would be nice to identify which people in that list are already PayReady (have a credit card on file) so that it makes it easier to go to that person and process their credit card. Each name could look something like "Smith, John [1234] (PR)" in the drop-down list.

    Note that this is in lieu of having a mass card processing operation, which has been requested separately

  20. Attendees could send a text to an event phone number to be checked in.

    A phone number could be created by RSA on the day of the event that a text can be sent to check-in. If the phone number has been provided by the client beforehand, the bidder can check in with their phone attached to that number. For example text CHECKMEIN to 556569 to check-in and not stand in the check in line!
