Notifications removal setting
When people sign in to their account- if the package you are using doesn't have online bidding to remove the option to notify the customer when they are outbid through email.

Allow defined sponsorship sales to be charged from RSA
Defined sponsorships currently can't be sold through RSA, you have to charge the donor directly in your payment processing system, and then mark the payment as received in RSA. It would be great if this could just be added to their invoice and charged directly through RSA like other items (assuming the SafeSave payment processing gateway is being used).

Attendees could send a text to an event phone number to be checked in.
A phone number could be created by RSA on the day of the event that a text can be sent to check-in. If the phone number has been provided by the client beforehand, the bidder can check in with their phone attached to that number. For example text CHECKMEIN to 556569 to check-in and not stand in the check in line!

"SOLD" Sponsorship Indications
It would be good to have a purchased sponsorship show up on the sponsorship list as "SOLD" so others can see there is activity in this area. Merely removing the purchased item from the list doesn't help promote interest.

on the website, client information was captured if they don't make a payment.
There could be a way to capture information for people that fill out what they want to purchase but don't make a payment on the website.

RSA Integration with Constant Contact for Donor/Bidder Communications
As a Donor Perfect, RSA and Constant Contact client, I would like to suggest that RSA utilize the email functionality of its partner company, which would then provide the link back to Donor Perfect - and have all of the tracking features and the customization needed for professional management of client communications. Currently, we are using Constant Contact, exporting reports from RSA, formatting for import into DP, and using a separate offline spreadsheet to track communications (eg: click through rates, bounces, etc).

Allow button customization
The Event Website has standard buttons for "Buy Tickets" and "Buy Sponsorships" etc, but this doesn't always fit every organization's needs, it would be great if users could add to the text to say, for example "Buy Sponsorships and Tables of 8"

Add ability to carry over donors with donations
Currently, you can export a list of donations from one event, and the list includes donor names, but when you import that same list into a new event, it doesn't bring in the donor names. This is because donor name is not a static field but if there was a way to carry the names over this would reduce the time needed for setting up the new auction, because right now users have to go one by one and edit each donation to connect it to a donor and that is time consuming.

Email Customization
It would be great if we could allow customers to edit the subject lines of their emails. This is a marketing tool, users may want to customize the messages being sent to patrons.

new event should have option to carry over items and packages
When purchasing a new event, you are given the option to carry over things like donors, bidders, and item categories from the last event. It would save users a lot of time if you could carry over items and packages as well. You can currently do this manually through the reports but it would make the user experience much easier and more seamless if RSA could do this for you automatically.

raffle sales recorded by patron
It would make entering raffle sales easier and faster for some organizations if you could enter them by bidder, instead of by package. If you could bring up a bidder, then enter all raffle sales needed under that patron, and then move on the the next patron, this would simplify the process.

Add ability to turn off automatic emails to bidders & donors
Donors & Bidders may be receiving a lot of emails regarding the auction and we don't want to burden them. It would be great to have an option to choose which communications get sent out automatically (while still having the option to send them manually under the Actions on Bidders/Donors menus). Having the option to disable the automatic emails would give organizations more control over how they communicate with their donors.

copy ticket prices and sponsorship levels
Allow users to copy ticket prices and sponsorship levels from a past event into a new event. This could happen either when the event gets created (like selecting to roll over bidders) or later on from the Setup tab itself, but it would save users time if they didn't have to re-enter these options which may very likely be the same year after year.

you add a report that would give payment methods with gift details.
There should be a report that gives details about gifts with Payment Methods, that would be importable into DonorPerfect.

Enter Zip Code / Postal Code and Auto Populate the City and State
It would be great to enter in only the zip code and it automatically populate the city and state that matches the zip code. This would make manual check-in of patrons much faster.

Error message were easier to interpret.
Error messages could possibly be improved by highlighting the solution in bright yellow, if it is something in plain language like "Please reload and try again", or even a link to click to solve the problem. More details of the problem could still be included outside the highlighted part or in a "read more" link, but volunteers in the moment don't want to read about the problem, only make the problem go away instantly. For example, in @Event > Create Invoices > bidder number.

HTML documents should match RTF documents
Under Items > Printed Materials, the "Bid/Purchase Sheets (full descriptions, with prefilled increments)" and "Bid/Purchase Sheets (no descriptions, with prefilled increments)" RTF and HTML versions of these documents do not match. Users should get the same document regardless of how they print it.

3% credit card processing fee show up at check-in AND check-out
It would be a great help to have the 3% processing fee question appear on the Add Credit Card page during check-in and for that info to be copied automatically to the Process Payment page at check-out. This will make check-out much faster, because it will automatically add the 3% processing fee to the current charges, and we won't have to ask our guests twice for this same info that they earlier gave us.

Create a report of total spent by table
This would allow us to tell a table sponsor who requests it, how much total money his/her table spent/donated for/at the event.
