  1. Integrate PayPal with checkout for live event

    In RSA, we are able to enable PayPal for online purchases; however, the system does not allow PayPal for check-in/check-out at the live event. Not sure why. It would be easier to just manage one payment system. We had a lot of requests to use PayPal during this year's event.

  2. Automatically Generated Emails after Purchase

    It would be great for Ready Set Auction to send an automatic email when someone buys a ticket or a sponsorship so we are notified. I know we get an email when someone request to create an account, but it would be great to get a similar email to show when someone actually registered.

    It would be nice if we were alerted when we send an email to a patron/bidder and it bounces.

    It would be nice if we could edit/modify the HTML that is used for display sheets.

    You should be able to remove a bidder even if they bid on a package but didn't win.

  8. Additional Payment Options

    Currently, you're only able to accept credit card payments online. It would be most helpful if we were able to accept additional payment options for patrons that would like to send us a check or pay at the door. This will help cut down on the amount of time it takes for my staff to manually enter these payments.

  10. Donors should not receive bidder numbers

    We have patrons giving monetary donations online. These patrons are automatically given a bidder number because they created an account. Please add an option that allows donors to make a cash donation without being added as a bidder.

  11. People who have purchased additional tickets should be allowed to invite their friends, via text or email, to be their guest for he event.

    Say John Doe buys 5 tickets. There should be an option that allows John to send 4 invites to his intended patrons for them to fill out their accounts if they so desire.

  14. Mark Delivery Status as "Received" when a Payment Method is entered for a Sponsorship/Donation

    When adding a cash donation or sponsorship under Items > Donations, the Delivery Status should automatically update to "Received" when a Payment Method is applied.

  15. Allow for multiple quantity of the same package

    If you have multiples of a donation, you currently are not able to have a quantity on the package to allow for multiple biddable packages of the same contents. You are able to copy a package to make multiples that will be biddable, but they must each be named uniquely.

    Allowing for a quantity counter or multiple packages with the same name would be a great improvement!

  17. Simplify Creating an Account

    Right now it is a process to create an account for the Event Website. It would be nice if this was more of a streamline process. They should not have to request an account before creating an account online. This is an unnecessary step.

  18. Allow bidders to apply an additional donation amount, such as a percentage of total, during self-check out

    When guests check out, we would like to be able to ask them if they would like to donate an additional monetary amount. It would be nice to be able to click different percentages and see immediately what their total would be. For example to be able to choose between 5% or 10% of their purchase. This would allow us to generate more income at the end of the event. Right now, you are unable to customize this amount.

  20. Allow users to designate family records for procuring or soliciting individual or family

    At our school, every family is encouraged to solicit donated items for our auction, and we track this information. Right now the only way to track which donations were solicited by individual families, is to enter each family as "event staff" and make them solicitors. This is cumbersome. RSA needs to be able to track soliciting family or individual right along with the donating individual/business, without adding every single family as event staff.
