  1. Bidder accounts could be used to update guest lists

    Often sponsors purchasing large ticket amounts may not know the names of all their guests at the time of purchase. It would be great if their bidder account could link to their guest list in the control center so that they could enter guest names and then RSA would create the bidder and add the bidder to the sponsor's guest list. This would cut down on the need for event staff to manually update guest lists.

  2. Allow Donors to pay by e-Check when they purchase tickets or sponsorships online.

    Currently you can only buy tickets online with a credit card. Should be able to use Electronic Check.

  7. Have option for ticket purchase to require stored credit card

    Now that we have the option to require a stored credit card for bidding, it would be great if there was a similar option under Admin > Event Settings to require that the card used to purchase tickets be stored - some clients have events where this may be their best time to capture this information and it would make more sense to store card info at time of ticket purchase, rather than at the time of bidding.

  9. We could create shorter links for the RSA Event Website

    Event Settings>Event Details: provide the ability to create a bit.ly/shorter link for the website URL that can be used for publication, social media, texting, and emails.

    We want an automatic notification to be able to be sent from RSA to notify bidders just before the bidding window closes. *5 minutes, 10 minutes etc- and you can choose the time frame.
