HTML documents should match RTF documents
Under Items > Printed Materials, the "Bid/Purchase Sheets (full descriptions, with prefilled increments)" and "Bid/Purchase Sheets (no descriptions, with prefilled increments)" RTF and HTML versions of these documents do not match. Users should get the same document regardless of how they print it.

This mismatch between HTML and RTF versions has caused real problems in our office. We had a bid sheet go out with missing item descriptions because the HTML version didn't pull the full text, while the RTF showed everything correctly.
