admins could receive a bcc email for all purchases instead of just on bids
Right now users can only receive a bcc email when bidders place their bids. It would be great if we could receive bcc emails for all purchases made through an event instead.

Bounce Back Emails Could Be Customized
It would be great if we could customize the subject and body of the bounce-back emails for patrons to better communicate what the issue is and what they need to do to fix it.

Bid card template that isn't a full sheet of paper
The mail merge for the bid cards with the bidder name is good, now if the bid card wasn't the size of a full sheet of paper, it would be even better. What about 3 to a sheet that we can cut apart and they would then fit in a basket on the attendee's table? large enough to see but small enough to not take up valuable real-estate on the tables. We ended up manually creating our bid cards so another less bulky option for a mail merge would be appreciated.

I would like to add solicitor name to solicitation letter. Please advise on how to do so - what tag to use.

Reporting: Need a report for ticket sales that includes date of ticket purchase, names of guests, guests menu choices and notes.
Need a report to use to "audit" ticket sales for accounting. Should include the date of ticket purchase, the name of the purchaser, the name of the guest, menu choice, and notes. Therefore, if a ticket purchase included 4 tickets, then there would be 4 line items to the purchase.

we could select which guestlist we want to roll forward.
We host annual events in mutiple cities, therefore it would be nice if we could choose which event guestlist we want to roll forward rather than the most recent.

Help text within form fields were darker
A sad fact of life is that eyesight changes as we age and we need more contrast to read easily. The help info within form fields is really, REALLY hard to read for me and I'm guessing for many users, so it making it darker would be much appreciated.

"Create Receipts" Could Be Sorted
It's wonderful that we can click on Create Invoices>All Invoices>Sort by and have 3 options: Table #, Bidder #, Last Name. We are not given that option for "Create Receipts". Please change that for us.

Notification for Buyable Package sale
A notification would be sent to the event administrator when a buyable package is purchased during the event.

Account Creation - Opt In and Out
One of the biggest challenges for us was the required account creation process for ticket purchases and checkout. We intentionally gift a large portion of our seats to ensure the room is filled with the right audience and community partners, but for guests who are purchasing tickets directly, requiring account creation creates unnecessary friction.
Today’s donors and event attendees are increasingly cautious about privacy and payment security. Many are hesitant to create accounts or store credit card information in another platform, especially for a one-time annual event transaction. A streamlined guest checkout option would significantly improve the user experience and…3 votes -

Win It Now should be more visible
The win-it-now option for each item should be viewable at all times, not just by registered bidders after the auction starts.

Add Business Name to Patron Notes Report
When pulling a Patron Notes Report it does not show the Business Name, just the Custom Addressee Name so there's no way to know which Patron record the note belongs to. This is an urgent matter to be be able to manage Patron notes.

Put clearer wording in the sponsorship entry screen
Per this article (https://helpdesk.readysetauction.com/knowledgebase/articles/426273-how-to-record-sponsorship-sales-and-guests-of-spon) defined sponsorships must be paid for directly in the processing gateway (or other payment processing method). Simply entering a defined sponsorship as "received" doesn't charge the donor's card. The wording in the sponsorship entry screen does not make this clear and this can cause organizations to lose money because they are not collecting as many payments as they think. The language in the screen should be updated and could even have a link to the article above.

Improve cross tab navigation
Improve navigation so that when switching tabs between Items and Patrons, say, one returns to where one was before switching. Currently, the only way around this is to option each section in a new tab, so that one's place isn't lost.
