    There are instances in which an auction is needed to be entered at $0 and the software should allow for this.

  3. Gift Certificates RTF Version Needs Catalog # and Event Name & Date

    I much prefer the RTF version of gift certificates, but unlike the HTML version, there's no event name or date, or a very important item, the Catalog #. This is a must!

  4. Admission Ticket Purchase by Payment Method Report

    It would be great if there was a report that showed admission ticket purchases broken out by payment method, it would be great if they could be grouped and subtotaled by payment method. If that's not possible, it would be great to just have payment method as a column in the Admission Tickets report under DonorPerfect Reports.

  5. Add Sub-categories for Packages

    Our donors currently search for items by category but an additional level would be helpful to sort by sub-category to further organize packages and make the experience more user-friendly.

  7. Package Import Bidding Parameters

    Please allow an indication when importing packages for the bidding parameters to be auto calculated upon import, instead of having to manually enter them on the import sheet.

  8. Sharing Bidder Numbers

    Would be great if the bidder number of the primary bidder ("Party of ...") were visible when you're wedding bidder numbers, so you could just enter the number rather than search for it by primary's name.

  10. Credit card zip code error messages were more informative

    Under @Event > Check Out Guest (also @Event > Check In Guest) you can add a credit card for a bidder.

    If that bidder has a Canadian zip code, you must enter it with a space, for example, K0H 9Z0 in order for RSA to accept it.
    If a US client happens to have a one-off Canadian bidder, and they are unfamiliar with the format of Canadian zip codes, they may try to enter this as K0H9Z0. This format is not accepted, and you are not able to add the card if you don't know that you need the space.

  11. Choose different From addresses within the Donor thanks email and the bidder thanks email

    In communications, you can choose differentiating From addresses in all tab except the Donor thanks tab and the bidder tab. If you update the from address in the donor thanks, it update the from address in the bidder thanks. It would be beneficial to allow the users to choose different from addresses in those tabs as you can with the other.

  14. Ranging Price Packages are confusing to some bidders

    I received feedback from several bidders throughout the week that there is something confusing abut the way you purchase a ranging-price package. We used these packages as a "virtual raise the paddle" and created the ranging prices to match up with the tiers in our donor recognition lists. Some people accidentally entered more than one purchase when they were trying to adjust the price of their gift. It would be helpful if these packages were purchased with a simple "enter your amount" and without any price informtion automatically filled in for the bidder.

    At the end have the ability to move all Patrons into Donor Perfect now just Bidders and Donors. Currently anyone who registered but did not bid or donate who might be a new constituent. The ability to move them either into DP or ConstantContact.

    Imports currently do not accept Unicode in the Import document. This is a problem for organizations that wish to include information in languages other than English in their Import. It is important for organizations that work in non-English languages to have the ability to Import using Unicode characters in the Import document.

  18. More Ways to Reorder Sponsorship Entries

    It would make more sense for the entries to work like most programs - first entry on first line, second on next, third and so on. If one does not realize this program is the opposite it requires reordering. This process is cumbersome in that the up/down arrows only move the entry one row at a time. It would be much easier to have the option to reorder by first to last or drag and drop. An additional idea would be to have a (?) pop up box that says that the order is entered a-typically. Thanks!

  19. Add export to cvs for ALL reporting screens!

    We’d like a report of ALL packages, with all fields that we can download into a spreadsheet. There are many other screens that are not specifically reports, that should also be downloadable
    We’d like to review bidding activity, etc

  20. Tax rates could be applied to multiple packages at once

    You should be able to apply a tax rate to multiple packages at once by using the "Actions on Selected Packages" option in the Packages tab.
