  1. Add a simple option to duplicate previous auction listings

    I regularly list similar items, and recreating the same information every time can be quite time consuming. It would be very helpful to have a "Duplicate Listing" option that copies the title, description, photos, pricing, shipping settings, and other details into a new draft. Users could then edit only the fields that need to change instead of starting from scratch. This would make managing frequent listings much faster while also reducing mistakes caused by manually entering the same information repeatedly. I think this small improvement would save time for both casual sellers and power users.

  2. RSVP link to send to sponsors entered manually

    When I enter a sponsor manually (we have several the pay by check) I want to be able to send an RSVP link so they can add attendee info instead of me chasing it down.

  3. Search Packages by Image

    In main "manage packages" search interface, provide field to search by whether there is an image or not (catalog, showcase).

  4. It would be great if Add to Showcase was an option in the Actions box

    At the bottom of the Manage Package page, it would be great to include "Add to Showcase" to the drop down menu so that you can choose all the packages you want in the showcase in bulk action instead if having to choose it when you fill out the form. You should also be able to search by packages that are in the showcase, so you can then modify as needed.

  5. Need to be able to distinguish between Donors who wish to receive mail, email, or online only communications

    Would love check boxes that would allow me to check off whether donors would rather be contacted via mail, email, or an online application form (I guess phone could be an option, but that's not super relevant for me).
    It's not at all convenient to put this in the "notes" field, as it's not a searchable field, and it's labor intensive to sift through and find out who wants what.
    This week I printed a 17 page list of mailing labels, and spent 3 days whittling it down to 11 so that I wasn't mailing out an extra 200 letters…

  7. Automatically package donations to default settings

    Make packaging optional. In other words, donations should automatically be packaged at the default settings, but with the option to bundle and change settings to non-default. This would save so much time.

  8. Show more information on online procurement donations in the Inbox

    Currently, the only information available in the preview is the donation/description, donor/e-mail (and in some cases, only a portion of the e-mail), value and quantity. At the very least, the entire e-mail as well as the donor's mobile phone number should be visible, and perhaps also a notification as to whether it is a business donor or individual donor.

    I select both the business and the person and then select "merge selected" and it tells me I can't merge a business with a person.

    When people sign in to their account- if the package you are using doesn't have online bidding to remove the option to notify the customer when they are outbid through email.

    I want sponorships to show with FMV but the actual FMV that it reports, not the static value. It would also be nice if the solicitor status report shows the value of sponsorship donations.

  15. Bid sheets could be printed to reflect any Pre-Bids that are made leading up to the event

    It would be nice to be able to print out up-to-date bid sheets. That way, if we lose internet during the event, we can continue to manually update our bid sheets throughout the event.

  16. DPO Integration should have a field that notes the difference in Donation versus Sponsorship

    Currently the new DPO Integration feature does allow a lot more ease regarding importing information from RSA to DPO. Unfortunately it still lacks separation regarding sponsorship and donation information. I suggest there be a text field added to both DPO and RSA that could auto-fill what type of gift it is.

  19. Gift Certificates RTF Version Needs Catalog # and Event Name & Date

    I much prefer the RTF version of gift certificates, but unlike the HTML version, there's no event name or date, or a very important item, the Catalog #. This is a must!

  20. Admission Ticket Purchase by Payment Method Report

    It would be great if there was a report that showed admission ticket purchases broken out by payment method, it would be great if they could be grouped and subtotaled by payment method. If that's not possible, it would be great to just have payment method as a column in the Admission Tickets report under DonorPerfect Reports.
