Donations from years past under each patron instead of switching events...
Could RSA list all donations from years past and the current under each patron name/business instead of having to switch from year to year to view the donation given by the patron. This would save SO much time!

Header Image for Invoices, Receipts, Communications in general
We would like to be able to add a header image or logo, representative of our auction, to all communications.

remove the "includes one seat"
remove the statement "includes one seat" from the ticket portion - description. if you are utilizing it for a couple or table it is confusing to the patron

we could choose pledge date vs. payment date for pledged giving
Users often have some patrons who pledged money on one date and paid later, but the payment date in DonorPerfect is showing as the pledge date. It would be preferable to have control over whether the date is recorded when pledges vs. when payment is received.

Allow check-in/check-out without so much typing
We actually bypassed RSA in favor of Google Docs for check-in and check-out so that our helpers could use tablets to see the lists, tap on the name, fill in anything that's missing, and send them on their way. RSA's default check-in/check-out should be from the list of names, and check-out should provide a tab so helpers can access the list of winners/items in addition to the list of bidders/guests. Both lists should lead to the same record, which can be updated/settled on the spot. Obviously, we'd rather keep it all in RSA, but we had over 400 guests at…

different tabs in the control center need to share info with each other
Because we didn't have a test module when we first set up the event, we tested it/practiced by entering fake information. It ended up wasting hours of my time, because I couldn't simply go back and delete the practice entries. I had to hunt down every tab that might have saved info from the original entry and delete each one individually. Crazy! I should have been able to select the entries for deletion as a batch, and that should have included all of the affected tabs. A warning dialog would be an important safety feature, of course.

Option to Advertise Auctions Across Social Media & Other Channels
I would imagine most auctions want to maximize the amount bid and don't really care who buys an item/service. RSA should allow people who love to shop to have permanent accounts. For a percentage (small) of the amount raised for an auction, RSA should market an auction to known social media keywords and other channels where people love to shop for. RSA will eventually build a giant list of people who love to browse auctions looking for interesting items and thus raising the amount any auction brings in because there will be many more bidders.

Website Should be Responsive to different sized-screens
Right now the RSA website is set-up & optimized for mobile phone display only. It does not look good when viewed on a tablet and looks even worse on a computer screen!
While I know that RSA is geared towards mobile users, a lot of people still use computers so the website should be responsive to the types of screens it can be opened on.

Sponsors can edit their attendee list after purchase
Sponsors or people who buy multiple tickets should be able to edit or add attendees to their purchase after they bought their sponsorship or after we, on the backend, created the ticket for them.

Add non-auction-related photos to the Showcase
We'd like to sprinkle photos of kids in our programs in the Showcase to tug at heartstrings (and open pursestrings).

Add "reminder to bid" email template for bidders under Communications
Currently there is no option to send mass "reminder" emails to bidders. If you are holding a silent auction and would like to remind everyone who created an account that the auction closes in xx amount of hours as a "last chance to bid!" type of communication, you would have to do so outside of RSA

Add import/export id as a search field when select "find a donor"
In order to maximize the use of that import/export id (which would be a unique identifier for every donor whether its a school family or a vendor) it would be extremely helpful, when adding a donation, to be able to search for a record by that id #.

Edit certificates from within the Packages
- Ability to see GCs from within package view not just donation view.
- Quick link to view what the certificate will look like from donation or package view.
- Something that notes how many certificates are associated with each package - would really help logistically when assembling GCs for checkout

GL Codes for Packages
I would like to see the ability to add in GL Codes for packages to make it easier when exporting to DonorPerfect.

Include bidder email addresses in reports
I would love it if this report could include the bidder's email addresses in the report as well.

Show bidder PIN on check-in screen
Show the Bidder PIN along with their bidder number on the check-in screen, so you can give it to your attendees when they check-in. This will enable them to go start using shared bidding stations right away.

Make it easier to navigate back to the Homepage
Once I look at the Event Catalog, it's really really hard to figure out how to get back to the event home page. It took me four different attempts.

Have a childcare ticket option
Our auction provides childcare and it would be nice to have a completely separate ticket structure for that. Currently, we have to bundle it with regular admission tickets which assigns kids a bid number and makes for manual count of actual ticket sales. It would be nice if when a couple buys a ticket there is an option to add a child or children and would keep them as a party, but keep the child separate from regular ticket sale numbers.

Database View
Often there are times when you want to edit a number of records....to make a small comment change, revise pricing on a number of items, change items from draft to live... etc. It would be nice to have the option to get right to the data in a table to make the changes quicker view verses editing each record in the GUI interface one at a time, saving each individually...then finding the next record....etc. This could save hours of time for the user.
