Give users the option to designate family records for the purpose of obtaining or requesting individual or family
Every family at our school is urged to collect donated goods for our auction, and we keep track of this data. Only by entering each family as "event staff" and designating them as solicitors will it be possible to determine whether donations were requested by specific families at this time. This is a pain. Without adding every single family as event personnel, RSA must be able to track the soliciting family or individual as well as the donating person or company.
Thanks in advance,

The ability to add or modify fields in the sponsorship section to accommodate necessary data
We are going to use RSA to put up our third event. It has been quite frustrating to work on the platform because "Sponsorships" contain so few fields, many of which are optional, and none of them can be changed.
A foursome, for example, is a group of four persons who register for a golf tournament. The first person on the list is required to provide their phone number and email address; everyone else is not required to. We are unable to request a handicap or a shirt size.
A clay shoot competition is our upcoming event. We wanted to…

Permit all patrons to save credit card information without the necessity of making a purchase.
Permit all patrons to save credit card information without the necessity of making a purchase.
This idea was previously labeled as "already exists" by RSA Support. It both does and does not (refer to the RSA Support response below). All users who create an account should have the ability to save their credit card information during sign-up or at any other time (e.g., via My Account > My Settings). We should be able to identify attendees who have not stored a credit card and send them a reminder to do so, including guests and those at tables, not just those…1 vote -
Donor Perfect RSA Subscriber: no way to start a new auction without making a "purchase"
Donor Perfect RSA Subscriber: no way to start a new auction without making a "purchase"
Our previous auction is only available to watch. Our subscription does not include the ability to launch a new auction. After contacting tech support, I was given a coupon code that allowed me to "purchase" a brand-new, full subscription for nothing. The discount code is invalid. Setting up a fresh auction is take days. Why aren't there any recurring membership perks like quick access to upcoming auctions?1 vote -
Offering both paid and free options on the same website, hybrid event registration
For their clients holding hybrid events, RSA must provide a solution. One should be able to direct all visitors to a single event site for the convenience of guests and the clarity of promoting a hybrid event. However, two sets of instructions must be given if RSA does not allow one person to register for the virtual portion for free and another to register in person. This is confusing at best and, at worst, turns people away since it is "too much" to remember or do Foodle.

There was a "Checkout Now" button that could be clicked from the auction screen.
A one-click checkout option should be available when buying things, in my opinion, as a "buy it now" option. Returning to the Home screen, selecting My Account, paying the invoice, or even finding the $ icon to complete the checkout process is a very perplexing process that frequently leads to a lot of problems for my customers. Since we have been using the system for almost a year, this issue has persisted.
For our fundraising team, a "Checkout Now" or "Complete Checkout" button would save a ton of bothersome tasks.

Offer a version of the Consolidated Donations by Donor (Prior Event) report from the current event
Currently, the Consolidated Donations by Donor (Prior Event) report pulls data directly from the previous event. This is great, except if there are changes to a donor's contact information from the previous event (such as the contact individual/custom addressee from a business donor changed this year). If custom procurement letters are being created and then merged with this report, the contact information merged into the letters is out-of-date.
