Better Donations Report
Be able to access a report to include Donor name and contact info, their donations, FMV of those donations and actual sale price

Data could be transferred more than once prior to event.
Because we have to true up our books monthly, it would be helpful if multiple dumps of new event data into donor perfect could occur prior to the event being locked.

Ability to add/change fields in Sponsorship area to allow for needed information
We are about to set up our 3rd event using RSA. Working in the platform has been nothing short of frustrating as “Sponsorships” have such limited fields, many of them optional, and none of which can be edited/modified.
For instance, a golf tournament registration is a Foursome, four people. Only the 1st listed person must furnish their email and phone number, all others are optional. We can’t ask for a shirt size or a handicap.
Our next event is a clay shoot tournament. Singles or foursomes may sign up, but we needed to find out other information, such as t-shirt…

When building the header for an auction site, it would be so much easier to be able to drop and drag additional images there (not just the top image). I was told that you have to have the additional photos in a web image hosting site to be able to add them to the header. Frustrating additional steps when on the rest of your site things are drop and drag.

Guests that are attending with a table host or sponsor should be able to preregister and enter their credit card info prior to the event.
Check-in takes a very long time when you have to enters someone's credit card, address, etc. It would be very helpful if guests could preregister and do this ahead of time.

More flexibility with the "asked" feature
Please make it possible to batch edit the "asked" status for donors when on the main donor list without having to send an email.

Offer the ability to add/edit a credit card on any payment processing screen
Currently, not all credit card options for patrons (add/edit/delete) are available in the "Process Payment" areas of the website. A user should be able to add/delete a patron's credit card in all areas where recording a payment is an option. Perhaps include an "Accounts" tab in each individual patron record for easy management.

Add more filter options to the Patrons section
There should be additional filter options when searching/performing a drill-down on patrons, such as "purchased admission tickets" or "assigned/unassigned to party".

Archive option for old Guest Names.
A way to Archive past attendees. Since we can't eliminate old bidder names was have to go in every year and mark XXX in front of previsou or duplicate listings to make sue our check our staff doesn't log winning bids under old names or guests not currently in attendance. I wish we could go through and move all of the no longer current names to an archive file to get them off of the mail list.

Allow users to designate family records for procuring or soliciting individual or family
At our school, every family is encouraged to solicit donated items for our auction, and we track this information. Right now the only way to track which donations were solicited by individual families, is to enter each family as "event staff" and make them solicitors. This is cumbersome. RSA needs to be able to track soliciting family or individual right along with the donating individual/business, without adding every single family as event staff.

It would be nice if we were alerted when we send an email to a patron/bidder and it bounces.

Create a report of total spent by table
This would allow us to tell a table sponsor who requests it, how much total money his/her table spent/donated for/at the event.

raffle sales recorded by patron
It would make entering raffle sales easier and faster for some organizations if you could enter them by bidder, instead of by package. If you could bring up a bidder, then enter all raffle sales needed under that patron, and then move on the the next patron, this would simplify the process.

Have option for ticket purchase to require stored credit card
Now that we have the option to require a stored credit card for bidding, it would be great if there was a similar option under Admin > Event Settings to require that the card used to purchase tickets be stored - some clients have events where this may be their best time to capture this information and it would make more sense to store card info at time of ticket purchase, rather than at the time of bidding.
