  1. Allow patrons to store credit card information without making a purchase

    Currently, patrons are required to make an online purchase (admission tickets, sponsorship sales, etc.) in order to be presented with the option to store their credit card information for use at the event. It would be great if they were able to create this online account and store credit card information without having to make a purchase.

    Essentially, we would like that a user be able to create an account and simply save a credit card for their account. And that's it. No need to purchase anything, just save their credit card information.

  2. The showcase image pulled on the catalog image

    It would be great if an event showcase could pull from the catalog image if there is no showcase image.

  3. Auctions could be continuous, every week or two, with silent and eBidding opening and closing on a regular basis.

    It would be great to have the ability to electronically manage ongoing auctions, where people can bid on packages (silent via Forms/Emails as well as eBidding) almost all the time. Packages can be checked to see if they are still available (vs sold at the prior week's auction) and submit their bid. The current RSA software requires the opening and closing/locking of auctions throughout the year, making it cumbersome to manage.

    Scrolling through patrons after the event to delete non-attending patrons to clean up the database--it would be great not to have to start back at page one after each deletion, I'd like to be able to pick up where I left off in the alphabetical list.

  5. Last minute "no bid" notification

    It would be nice to have the option to quickly notify our guests of items that have not been bid on yet, or notify them that the auction will be closing soon with a quick text. More people check text messages much quicker than email.

  6. Credit card zip code error messages were more informative

    Under @Event > Check Out Guest (also @Event > Check In Guest) you can add a credit card for a bidder.

    If that bidder has a Canadian zip code, you must enter it with a space, for example, K0H 9Z0 in order for RSA to accept it.
    If a US client happens to have a one-off Canadian bidder, and they are unfamiliar with the format of Canadian zip codes, they may try to enter this as K0H9Z0. This format is not accepted, and you are not able to add the card if you don't know that you need the space.

  8. It would be great if Catalog numbers could be Alphanumeric

    It would be advantageous for Catalog numbers to have alphanumerics to help guide the bidders in a series of related packages as well as Auction organizers to more logically track them, separate from the Inventory numbers, of course.

    Some organizations have non-numeric coding schemes which greatly increase their efficiency, both behind the scenes and Auction facing.

    For example, A Catalog number starting with "R" would be for the Red table, helpful for everyone; more simple, in fact, than a number in the 9000 series that represents the Red table.

  9. Sharing Bidder Numbers

    Would be great if the bidder number of the primary bidder ("Party of ...") were visible when you're wedding bidder numbers, so you could just enter the number rather than search for it by primary's name.

    Please allow an indication when importing packages for the bidding parameters to be auto calculated upon import, instead of having to manually enter them on the import sheet.

  12. Transfer all patrons to DPO

    I would like all patrons to be moved into DPO, even if they hadn't bought, won, or donated anything.

  13. You could send Invoices for sponsorships

    Currently, sponsorships only show in Invoices after they have been paid. Since sponsorships are more like ticket sales, it would be better to be able to invoice for sponsorships just as you would with ticket purchases.

  14. Bidders and/or Donors from previous events were marked.

    When you bring people over from the previous event, it would be great to have a way that people are marked so they can be filtered to be sent a separate communication from everyone else.

  15. Generate electronic tickets with the purchase email

    Clients should be able to include e-tickets with a ticket purchase.

  16. You should be able to highlight and copy category descriptions on past events

    Currently, if an event has become read only, you cannot copy the descriptions for any of the categories found in setup. You should be able to copy them to paste into another event. There isn't a report that shows the descriptions listed very easily.

  17. Add Sub-categories for Packages

    Our donors currently search for items by category but an additional level would be helpful to sort by sub-category to further organize packages and make the experience more user-friendly.

  18. Sort eCatalog by Price

    Our donors need to be able to sort packages by price, high to low or low to high, when looking through the eCatalog.

  19. Have the ability to override closed auction items.

    Once the online auction has closed. Sometimes additional bidders will step forward, or they missed the bidding timeline. It would be beneficial to be able to override a current bid and outbid the previous winner.
