  1. Add Sub-categories for Packages

    Our donors currently search for items by category but an additional level would be helpful to sort by sub-category to further organize packages and make the experience more user-friendly.

  2. Sort eCatalog by Price

    Our donors need to be able to sort packages by price, high to low or low to high, when looking through the eCatalog.

  3. Have the ability to override closed auction items.

    Once the online auction has closed. Sometimes additional bidders will step forward, or they missed the bidding timeline. It would be beneficial to be able to override a current bid and outbid the previous winner.

  6. Jump To This Field Message

    Instead of saying "jump to this field", and not taking the client anywhere, the message should instead list what the client has to do in order to take action that they are trying to accomplish.

  7. Add import/export id to DPO Integration Views

    Currently the Import/Export ID field is not included in the export file when you export by going to DonorPerfect Transfer > Preview Records > Export (csv). This is inconsistent with our other exports/report when you go to Reports > DonorPerfect Reports > Winnings > Export (csv). Displaying the donor id in the integration screen would give users a chance to double check that data is going to the correct place and make any last minute changes needed before pushing the data to DonorPerfect.

  8. Add "My Account" bar to the event website to make it easy for patrons to check or update their settings

    Please make it easier for patrons to access their accounts, to add missing information, change information, ADD GUESTS to their parties, and most importantly STORE THEIR CREDIT CARD. This would make for a more pleasant experience checking in by avoiding long check in lines. Currently the only way to get a patrons credit card into the system is by manual check in, buying a ticket, or placing an e-bid.

  9. When somebody wins an auction item, if there was a way to put a button on that page that allows them to "pay now"

    When somebody wins an auction item, there should be a way to put a button on that page that allows them to "pay now". Right now once an item was won, you have to hit "home," then on the right-hand side, hit "check out." This should be more simple.

  11. Ability to Edit Locked Items

    I would like the ability to edit locked items such as packages, sponsorships, tickets etc. without having to remove them from a patrons record.

  12. adjust number of seats

    We found that many of our sponsors were not able to use all the seats that came with their sponsorship level as originally set up, and sometimes this happened close to the day of the event. In order to know how many seats were still available we needed to free up these unused sponsor seats and found the process to do that was very complex:

    we had to create a new sponsorship level with the smaller number of seats; add that to the sponsor's donations; note the names of the guests, then remove them from the original sponsorship; add them…

  13. drill down in summary reports

    When I run a summary report (of sponsorship sales, as an example) it shows that I have a certain number of sales of each sponsorship level. Please could you make it so that I can click on that number and see a drill-down of the individual sales?

  14. keying in dates, please

    When setting the date of a donation (or payment) it would be quicker if we could use the keyboard to type the date in or edit the date that is displayed, rather than being forced to use the mouse to click the desired date in the calendar drop-down.

  16. Longer field needed for sponsorship level names

    When entering the names of sponsorship levels we found that we run out of space and have to truncate or abbreviate them. Ideally, we'd like a longer field.
    Another aspect of this is that it is frustrating to be presented with a box on the screen that is significantly longer than the actual length of the field that can be entered. Please could you match the width of the box to the actual underlying field?

  17. Option to Update Language on Sponsorship screens

    I would like to have more control over the language on the sponsorship screens, such as:

    1. On the first sponsorship screen "Buy Sponsorships", it would be nice to be able to include information about the sponsorship that displays under "(includes X seats)" instead of language that only appears when you hover over the information button.

    2. On the second screen, "Tell Us Who's Coming", I would like to be able to edit the title (or at least have the control to remove the "optional" language), as collecting guest information from sponsors is already difficult and I feel that this further deters…

  19. Floor Markers for auction setup

    Floor markers with Catalog number large print, then item name, desc., donor, value. Would be very nice if they could print in a batch as well as individually (for re-print).

    We use floor markers for setting up our 100 silent auction items and 50 Christmas Trees . When item info changes we re-print a new marker.

  20. Allow users the ability to add fields that can be transferred to DonorPerfect.

    There are systems that require certain gift fields to be populated in DonorPerfect and those fields are not readily available during the transfer of data from RSA to DP. This makes it tedious from a data entry standpoint to have to perform additional work after the import.
