  1. Bidding notifications should be opt-out not opt-in

    Uncouple "Enable outbid notifications via text message" from "Enable ebidding". If you'd like to have bidders set-up accounts before you enable the bidding via the "Enable ebidding" checkbox, then you cannot have an already checked box under Bidding Notifications for them to receive text messages. BETTER YET - make both Bidding Notifications by email and text opt-opt only.

  2. Admission Ticket Purchase by Payment Method Report

    It would be great if there was a report that showed admission ticket purchases broken out by payment method, it would be great if they could be grouped and subtotaled by payment method. If that's not possible, it would be great to just have payment method as a column in the Admission Tickets report under DonorPerfect Reports.

  3. Removing complementary tickets

  4. you could change the received date of donations after you save it.

    Right now, if you save a donation with a received date, the only way to change the is to delete the gift and re-add it with the new date. You should be able to edit the gift without needing to delete it.

  5. Getting rid of the Catalog Image URL Import Was terrible

    Getting rid of the option to import the catalog image urls was terrible. Do you know how long it takes to go into 150 individual packages to upload pictures?

  6. Winners of items should get a text to let them know that they won an item. Their credit card should be automatically charged.

    We used to use QTego and I loved their system. Winners of items were AUTOMATICALLY checked out and sent a receipt. This stops them from having to "check themselves out" on their phones and makes the entire system a lot easier/more fluid.

  7. Gift Certificates RTF Version Needs Catalog # and Event Name & Date

    I much prefer the RTF version of gift certificates, but unlike the HTML version, there's no event name or date, or a very important item, the Catalog #. This is a must!

  9. Allow Admin users to setup/start New Events

    Allow admin account users to close out old events and start new events without contacting RSA is they paid for the service already.

  11. You could enter a $0 sale for an auction package

    There are instances in which an auction is needed to be entered at $0 and the software should allow for this.

  13. RSA had a report similar to the Item/Service Donations Report, but built for Cash/Sponsorships.

    Currently, there is not a way to get a list of sponsorships with the comments included.

  14. DPO Integration should have a field that notes the difference in Donation versus Sponsorship

    Currently the new DPO Integration feature does allow a lot more ease regarding importing information from RSA to DPO. Unfortunately it still lacks separation regarding sponsorship and donation information. I suggest there be a text field added to both DPO and RSA that could auto-fill what type of gift it is.

  15. you can see won and sold packages with out winning bid or sale amount

    Have an option in Event Setting to Only hide the winning/sold amount on the eCatalog, without actually hiding the won/bought items.

  16. Under the Donate Auction Item, have the ability to change the wording/options

    If a donor of an item choose "Item Delivery" on an organization's website, the wording is currently "I will deliver" which might be confusing to some donors. It would be better to adjust that wording so that it's better understood they can mail the item in.

  17. Transfer to Donor Perfect before the event is locked.

    To have the ability to transfer event data to donor perfect before the event is locked. Currently the transfer to donor perfect won't work until 4 weeks after the event.

  18. Improve cross tab navigation

    Improve navigation so that when switching tabs between Items and Patrons, say, one returns to where one was before switching. Currently, the only way around this is to option each section in a new tab, so that one's place isn't lost.

    Add "primary category" to Package Sales Margin report. Or better yet, let us select our own columns for each report.
