Ability to add/change fields in Sponsorship area to allow for needed information
We are about to set up our 3rd event using RSA. Working in the platform has been nothing short of frustrating as “Sponsorships” have such limited fields, many of them optional, and none of which can be edited/modified.
For instance, a golf tournament registration is a Foursome, four people. Only the 1st listed person must furnish their email and phone number, all others are optional. We can’t ask for a shirt size or a handicap.
Our next event is a clay shoot tournament. Singles or foursomes may sign up, but we needed to find out other information, such as t-shirt size, ammo size (of 2 options), and class (pro, men, ladies, juniors). There is no way to incorporate any of this into RSA.
Because of the limitations of RSA, editing fields, etc., we had to create our own online registration form for our next event and will only be able to use RSA for the auction portion. We used another event/auction software in 2019 and 2020 that DID allow modifications to the registration/sponsorship form so we know it’s possible. We went with RSA in 2022 as it seemed to make sense since we already use Donor Perfect. But in all honesty, it feels like we were ‘sold an oceanfront parcel in Arizona’ as the software is not as adaptable or as usable as we were made to believe it would be.
How do we get your designers to make the software better? I know I’m not the only one having these problems.

Despite using RSA alongside Donor Perfect, the user finds it less adaptable than expected and had to create a separate registration form for their event. To improve the software, they are advised to provide feedback directly to RSA, join user forums, advocate for updates, explore other solutions, consider integrations, collaborate with other users, and request a product development roadmap to address these issues and enhance the platform's usability in this site https://www.emulatorpc.com/fate-grand-order-english/.

The user expresses frustration with the limitations of the RSA platform's Sponsorship area, which lacks customization options for gathering specific information from event participants. They cite examples of golf and clay shoot tournaments requiring different fields, like shirt sizes and ammo preferences which you can check here https://brainwavetrail.com/how-many-hours-of-video-games-is-healthy/.
