Add more filter options to the Patrons section
There should be additional filter options when searching/performing a drill-down on patrons, such as "purchased admission tickets" or "assigned/unassigned to party".

Allow couples to share a bid number as part of the ticket buying process
This would eliminate the need to manually assign a primary bidder. There is no need for primary bidders in a couple.

Database View
Often there are times when you want to edit a number of records....to make a small comment change, revise pricing on a number of items, change items from draft to live... etc. It would be nice to have the option to get right to the data in a table to make the changes quicker view verses editing each record in the GUI interface one at a time, saving each individually...then finding the next record....etc. This could save hours of time for the user.

Add Notes, To-Do List, and way to flag Items
It would really be nice if there were a sidebar that would allow you to put notes on items and create a to-do list on the website. As an example in quicken, you can flag items you need to come back to or create a note for yourself.

The "Select All" feature on the Manage Bidders/Manage Donors page should select all on ALL pages
Currently, in most situations, "Select All" will only select patrons on the current page. It is incredibly time consuming to perform an action on every single page of patrons. "Select All" should truly select all designated donors/bidders, or there should be the option to display all records on a single page.

Allow attachments to Communications sent within ReadySetAuction
ReadySetAuction should allow file attachments to e-mail Communications sent within the Control Center.

Automatically package donations to default settings
Make packaging optional. In other words, donations should automatically be packaged at the default settings, but with the option to bundle and change settings to non-default. This would save so much time.

Couples with two separate patron records should be able to share an email address
This would make the check-in process for couples much easier.

Offer the option to perform a bulk removal of bidder numbers
One of the default Actions on Bidders should be the option to perform a bulk removal of bidder numbers. Currently, one would need to go into each individual patron record in order to remove the assigned bidder number.

Add win notifications to the text message service
The text message add-on should also notify bidders when they have won an item.

Offer the ability to add/edit a credit card on any payment processing screen
Currently, not all credit card options for patrons (add/edit/delete) are available in the "Process Payment" areas of the website. A user should be able to add/delete a patron's credit card in all areas where recording a payment is an option. Perhaps include an "Accounts" tab in each individual patron record for easy management.

Category Winnings Report
At our auction, we post a winnings report at each silent auction booth (category) after it has closed. We are currently doing this by using the Winnings Report and sorting through the rows and columns we need for each booth report and then making it a larger size font and adding lines to print. This is very time consuming. It would be very convenient if you could print each category's winnings report with item number, item, amount, and bid number or something similar instead of all the packages and categories in one report.

Allow existing patron/package/donation information to be updated via import
Currently, the import feature in ReadySetAuction only allows for the creation of new records, and does not allow the user to update existing records. For instance, if we needed to bulk update our Patron records with address or phone information, we would need to do so one-by-one.

Allow Admins to change staff contact information
Currently, Administrators are unable to change the name/e-mail address of a staff member after they have registered. This can cause problems when there is staff turnover and/or inadvertent errors entered into the database.

Let users renumber bidders in bulk up to the day of the event
At this time, the action to "Renumber All Bidders" is only available as an option in the Actions on Bidders menu up until the day before the event. The only option left at this point is to manually renumber all bidders. This can be cumbersome and time-consuming. The "Renumber All Bidders" option should remain available through the day of the event.

Let users change amount and fair market value of a package after it is won
There may be instances where the FMV of an item was incorrectly recorded in the database. RSA should allow the FMV of the item to be modified, even after the close of the auction, and the bidder's receipt automatically updated to reflect the correct amount.

Provide one transaction report for all sales, cash donations, sponsorships, and auction wins.
To be able to look at all event transactions in one place, we have to pull four different reports and merge them together. This takes a while because each reports pulls different columns in different orders. Not convenient or efficient, especially when needing to transfer this data into a donor database like Raisers Edge or Bloomerang. In general more control over reports and the ability to add columns would be ideal.

Add Business Name to Patron Notes Report
When pulling a Patron Notes Report it does not show the Business Name, just the Custom Addressee Name so there's no way to know which Patron record the note belongs to. This is an urgent matter to be be able to manage Patron notes.

Change messaging that displays on event website before eCatalog opens
Under Auction Catalog > Categories, can the message be changed from 'The Catalog is empty. Come back soon' to something like 'The Catalog will be available on November 4th starting at 7:00am'?
Under Tickets, can we have the option to make the Tell Us Who Is Coming page be required rather than optional? The meal choices in particular are on this page and I anticipate will save us time following up if people are required to make their meal selection at the time of purchasing their tickets.7 votes
