Category Winnings Report
At our auction, we post a winnings report at each silent auction booth (category) after it has closed. We are currently doing this by using the Winnings Report and sorting through the rows and columns we need for each booth report and then making it a larger size font and adding lines to print. This is very time consuming. It would be very convenient if you could print each category's winnings report with item number, item, amount, and bid number or something similar instead of all the packages and categories in one report.

Allow existing patron/package/donation information to be updated via import
Currently, the import feature in ReadySetAuction only allows for the creation of new records, and does not allow the user to update existing records. For instance, if we needed to bulk update our Patron records with address or phone information, we would need to do so one-by-one.

Allow Admins to change staff contact information
Currently, Administrators are unable to change the name/e-mail address of a staff member after they have registered. This can cause problems when there is staff turnover and/or inadvertent errors entered into the database.

Let users renumber bidders in bulk up to the day of the event
At this time, the action to "Renumber All Bidders" is only available as an option in the Actions on Bidders menu up until the day before the event. The only option left at this point is to manually renumber all bidders. This can be cumbersome and time-consuming. The "Renumber All Bidders" option should remain available through the day of the event.

Let users change amount and fair market value of a package after it is won
There may be instances where the FMV of an item was incorrectly recorded in the database. RSA should allow the FMV of the item to be modified, even after the close of the auction, and the bidder's receipt automatically updated to reflect the correct amount.

Provide one transaction report for all sales, cash donations, sponsorships, and auction wins.
To be able to look at all event transactions in one place, we have to pull four different reports and merge them together. This takes a while because each reports pulls different columns in different orders. Not convenient or efficient, especially when needing to transfer this data into a donor database like Raisers Edge or Bloomerang. In general more control over reports and the ability to add columns would be ideal.

Add Business Name to Patron Notes Report
When pulling a Patron Notes Report it does not show the Business Name, just the Custom Addressee Name so there's no way to know which Patron record the note belongs to. This is an urgent matter to be be able to manage Patron notes.

Change messaging that displays on event website before eCatalog opens
Under Auction Catalog > Categories, can the message be changed from 'The Catalog is empty. Come back soon' to something like 'The Catalog will be available on November 4th starting at 7:00am'?
Under Tickets, can we have the option to make the Tell Us Who Is Coming page be required rather than optional? The meal choices in particular are on this page and I anticipate will save us time following up if people are required to make their meal selection at the time of purchasing their tickets.7 votes -
Email Reciepts
When a donor has requested for a receipt to be sent to someone other than themselves there should be an option to CC someone when sending a receipt. Right now it only sends to the email address the person has on file.

Allow users to assign solicitor to multiple records at one time
I would like to be able to see a list of all donors and be able to check 50 boxes next to their names to make those 50 names have a particular solicitor. Right now, I have to go in to each donor and change the solicitor. It's a giant pain. We are a PTO and have new solicitors every year and I hate entering them one by one. This would be the BIGGEST improvement

Allow for Full Exporting of Tables
It would be nice to be able to export an entire table (such as ALL fields in Bidders) rather than having to export two or three of your reports and have to merge query them together in an Access table. Please give full functionality to background tables to those who know what they want to do that you haven't though of yet.

Display bid number to bidders under "My Account"
This became a problem for our auction. The silent items were E-Bidding and the Live items were traditional. So when it was time to do the traditional Live section, bidders didn't know their bid numbers. It needs to be shown in their "My Account" section.

Improve viewing of online reports
When viewing on line generated reports you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the file to scroll to the right/left of the report. Plus the header row is not visible when reading further into the report. Many times I like to just view info before exporting or printing and it is frustrating to scroll to bottom of file when you just want to look to the right or left of spread sheet and I don't want to export the file each time to just read for info.

Allow Notes to be Edited and Deleted
We often add Notes to a Patron's record for others to handle. For example, the Reservations people enter Notes for the people handling the Table Assignments. But sometimes that information needs to be edited or deleted, and currently that is not allowed.

Allow event expenses to be entered
The homepage of RSA is great. We are obsessed with the Gross Proceeds tile. What would make it even better is if there was way to also input expenses related to putting on the event, like venue cost, entertainment cost, etc. so that you could generate a complete Income Statement out of RSA. That would be a HUGE value.

Allow merged invoices for couples that eBid separately
Currently couples can share a bidder #, but if they want to eBid online as individuals (with their individual email addresses), there is no way to get a merged invoice. This means they need to checkout separately. This makes checkout confusing, because couples checkout with their shared bidder # at the end of the event, and may not realize they have not paid for one spouse's online winnings.

Allow single function record sales and check out for Buy in parties or raffle only sales
Similar to Quick Method to Sell Sponsorships & RSVP where sales entry and checkout can be a single step. We keep having to delete recorded sales at check out, because the payment only covered some of the recorded sales. Then you have to reenter those sales and checkout again. Too many steps.

Lengthen the check number field
Check number field in Check out guests is not long enough for bank issued checks.
