When bidding, I would like to see the amount of the bid raise amount in the item information. It would help when using Otto to know what would be an appropriate additional amount to put on bids. I have frequently not put enough on my bid, except for the initial bid.

Make Deleting or Partial Deleting of an Invoice Simpler
If you want to delete something from an invoice or delete an invoice altogether, it takes many steps. It should be accessible from their bidder information, where currently you can only view the invoice. To actually delete something from the invoice, you have to go to Check Out Guests > Find the bidder > Look at their invoice and delete something from it. Instead, it would be helpful if everything related to the bidder could be managed on the same page.

Bidders and/or Donors from previous events were marked.
When you bring people over from the previous event, it would be great to have a way that people are marked so they can be filtered to be sent a separate communication from everyone else.

Add "My Account" bar to the event website to make it easy for patrons to check or update their settings
Please make it easier for patrons to access their accounts, to add missing information, change information, ADD GUESTS to their parties, and most importantly STORE THEIR CREDIT CARD. This would make for a more pleasant experience checking in by avoiding long check in lines. Currently the only way to get a patrons credit card into the system is by manual check in, buying a ticket, or placing an e-bid.

Allow patrons to store credit card information without making a purchase
Currently, patrons are required to make an online purchase (admission tickets, sponsorship sales, etc.) in order to be presented with the option to store their credit card information for use at the event. It would be great if they were able to create this online account and store credit card information without having to make a purchase.
Essentially, we would like that a user be able to create an account and simply save a credit card for their account. And that's it. No need to purchase anything, just save their credit card information.

I would like to be able to put in a range for my event date so that on my event website it reflects correctly.

Register couples under Admission Tickets rather than a Sponsorship
When couples purchase tickets, it should be listed under the Admission Ticket section rather than Sponsorship. Couples do not click on Sponsorship because they are not wanting to provide a "Sponsorship" they just want tickets.

You should be able to highlight and copy category descriptions on past events
Currently, if an event has become read only, you cannot copy the descriptions for any of the categories found in setup. You should be able to copy them to paste into another event. There isn't a report that shows the descriptions listed very easily.

Increase the character limit for the Package Description field
Increase the character limit for the Package Description field. 1500 characters is too limited when there are many items in one package and a description is needed for each item

Allow users the ability to add fields that can be transferred to DonorPerfect.
There are systems that require certain gift fields to be populated in DonorPerfect and those fields are not readily available during the transfer of data from RSA to DP. This makes it tedious from a data entry standpoint to have to perform additional work after the import.

Transfer to Donor Perfect before the event is locked.
To have the ability to transfer event data to donor perfect before the event is locked. Currently the transfer to donor perfect won't work until 4 weeks after the event.

Make the Link Under “Total Invoice” More Obvious
To click into an invoice, you must select the number under “Total Invoice,” but it’s not obvious that the number is a link. It would be helpful if it appeared as typical links do elsewhere: in blue and underlined.

Ability to Edit Locked Items
I would like the ability to edit locked items such as packages, sponsorships, tickets etc. without having to remove them from a patrons record.

Scrolling through patrons after the event to delete non-attending patrons to clean up the database--it would be great not to have to start back at page one after each deletion, I'd like to be able to pick up where I left off in the alphabetical list.

Show Live Bids
There should be a place to see Live bids as they happen. A simple graph or report on the program that will show who's the current bidder, their bid and for what.

adjust number of seats
We found that many of our sponsors were not able to use all the seats that came with their sponsorship level as originally set up, and sometimes this happened close to the day of the event. In order to know how many seats were still available we needed to free up these unused sponsor seats and found the process to do that was very complex:
we had to create a new sponsorship level with the smaller number of seats; add that to the sponsor's donations; note the names of the guests, then remove them from the original sponsorship; add them…

I would like all patrons to be moved into DPO, even if they hadn't bought, won, or donated anything.
