Additional Payment Options
Currently, you're only able to accept credit card payments online. It would be most helpful if we were able to accept additional payment options for patrons that would like to send us a check or pay at the door. This will help cut down on the amount of time it takes for my staff to manually enter these payments.

Make it easier to sort item order in Arrange Packages
Setting the order requires moving items up or down one spot at a time, as opposed to simply renumbering where you desire the item to be. As new live items were received, it takes a long time to move them into the desired order. And if there are more than 20 items, you cannot see all of the items at one time.

Import
It would be nice if we have the ability to be able to import into any field in RSA. This would save us the time of going into each record to update certain fields.

Check In Email
It would be a beneficial feature for RSA if the day of the event Bidders who purchased a ticket can receive a communication/email to be able to check themselves in. This will save a lot of time.

Allow for multiple quantity of the same package
If you have multiples of a donation, you currently are not able to have a quantity on the package to allow for multiple biddable packages of the same contents. You are able to copy a package to make multiples that will be biddable, but they must each be named uniquely.
Allowing for a quantity counter or multiple packages with the same name would be a great improvement!

Integrate PayPal with checkout for live event
In RSA, we are able to enable PayPal for online purchases; however, the system does not allow PayPal for check-in/check-out at the live event. Not sure why. It would be easier to just manage one payment system. We had a lot of requests to use PayPal during this year's event.

Email bounces
It would be nice if we were alerted when we send an email to a patron/bidder and it bounces.

Add flag next to bidder's name indicating whether a credit card is on file or not.
Add a flag next to a bidders name indicating whether or not they have a credit card on file when entering bidder numbers in the "Record Sales" function during the event. This would allow the recorder to know if they have a card on file or not.

Data entry for STATE is cumbersome
Fix the STATE field so that I can just put in my state's two letter abbreviation.

Allow the "Welcome" email to be customized like the Invitation email
The Welcome email should be customizable, just as all other email templates under Patrons > Communications.

Couples in one record instead of two
Allow couples to only have one household record with two names even if last names are different - can share bidder # or not option as well within one record.

Allow the Bidder invitation email expiration to be extended by event staff
This will prevent Bidders from receiving too many emails if they do not register with the event website when they first receive the email.

Bid without Email Address
It would be nice if there was the ability to have someone be able to bid without providing an Email. Not every Bidder has an email. A potential option would be adding a check box that asks if they have an email; if they do not have an email it should allow them to still proceed. This way they can bid and then after the event we could mail them a receipt or other communication.

Allow the eCatalog package sort order to be customized
Currently, the eCatalog sorts packages alphabetically within a category. There should be an option to change the sort order, as there is with the printed catalog.

Set a Minimum (Reserve) Price
It would be nice if we were able to set a reserve minimum price for an item that way at the end of the event if the reserve is not met, we are not required to sell the item.

Remove guests who are not attending from the RSVP party assignment by party reportf
Even though a donor has sponsored the event, doesn't mean they will be able to attend. Even though I have changed the RSVP status of each donor, they still show as an "unassigned guest" in the report titled, "RSVP Party Assignment by Party Report".

have the event website as such that returning donors/bidders do not have to request/create a new account for the new event.
Since patron information can roll over from a previous event, it would be great if our returning bidders did not have to request and subsequently create a new account year after year.

Add professional title Information to email signatures
It would be nice if we add a "Title" field to the Event Staff Contact Information screen that can be pulled into the email signatures.
