  1. Issue With Paddle Numbers Not Displaying On Bidder Check-In Sheets

    Hello,
    We’re in the final stages of preparing for our live auction, and we noticed that the paddle numbers assigned to bidders are not showing up on the check-in sheets we generated from ReadySetAuction. The columns are there, but the numbers are missing for most guests — even though we assigned paddle numbers manually under each bidder profile.

    Is this a known issue, or is there a setting we may have overlooked when exporting the sheets? We need paddle numbers clearly printed for smooth check-in and bidding.

  2. separate date and time on your reports

    RSA puts the date and time together in a field.It takes up too much room in a report, and you cannot cut iff off at date. For most reports, we don't care about the time and would like to delete or hide that part. YOu cannot if it is part of the date. I suggest that RSA makes it two separate fields.

  3. There was a "Checkout Now" button that could be clicked from the auction screen.

    A one-click checkout option should be available when buying things, in my opinion, as a "buy it now" option. Returning to the Home screen, selecting My Account, paying the invoice, or even finding the $ icon to complete the checkout process is a very perplexing process that frequently leads to a lot of problems for my customers. Since we have been using the system for almost a year, this issue has persisted.

    For our fundraising team, a "Checkout Now" or "Complete Checkout" button would save a ton of bothersome tasks.

  4. Offering both paid and free options on the same website, hybrid event registration

    For their clients holding hybrid events, RSA must provide a solution. One should be able to direct all visitors to a single event site for the convenience of guests and the clarity of promoting a hybrid event. However, two sets of instructions must be given if RSA does not allow one person to register for the virtual portion for free and another to register in person. This is confusing at best and, at worst, turns people away since it is "too much" to remember or do Foodle.

    Our previous auction is only available to watch. Our subscription does not include the ability to launch a new auction. After contacting tech support, I was given a coupon code that allowed me to "purchase" a brand-new, full subscription for nothing. The discount code is invalid. Setting up a fresh auction is take days. Why aren't there any recurring membership perks like quick access to upcoming auctions?

  7. The ability to add or modify fields in the sponsorship section to accommodate necessary data

    We are going to use RSA to put up our third event. It has been quite frustrating to work on the platform because "Sponsorships" contain so few fields, many of which are optional, and none of them can be changed.

    A foursome, for example, is a group of four persons who register for a golf tournament. The first person on the list is required to provide their phone number and email address; everyone else is not required to. We are unable to request a handicap or a shirt size.

  8. Give users the option to designate family records for the purpose of obtaining or requesting individual or family

    Every family at our school is urged to collect donated goods for our auction, and we keep track of this data. Only by entering each family as "event staff" and designating them as solicitors will it be possible to determine whether donations were requested by specific families at this time. This is a pain. Without adding every single family as event personnel, RSA must be able to track the soliciting family or individual as well as the donating person or company.

  9. Need to be able to use a persons phone number and email address on more than one record.

    We need to be able to use a person's email address and phone number on more than one account. I have people who I need to register under their business and individually and they use the same email and phone for both.

    The ability to invoice for sponsorships and also make split payments is important for us. Many corporate donors pay for the non-tax deductible portion and then pay the tax deductible portion through a fund at a foundation.

  11. Bidders unable to receive confirmation emails after registration

    Hi,
    Several of our bidders have reported that they did not receive confirmation emails after completing their registration. We've checked the spam folders and tried resending, but still no luck for some users. This is making it hard for them to complete their accounts and start bidding.

    Is there a known issue with outgoing emails from the system, or do we need to adjust any settings on our end?

    Appreciate any advice you can provide — we want to resolve this before our auction officially goes live.

  12. Unable to add auction item to existing category

    Hi Support Team,
    I'm setting up the auction for an upcoming event and have already created several categories to organize the items. However, when I try to add a new auction item to one of the categories, the system doesn't save the change — after clicking "Save," the item doesn't appear in either the category list or the auction items list. I've tried this on both Chrome and Firefox, but the issue persists.

    Is this a temporary glitch? Is there a workaround I can try?

  13. Is Anyone Else Seeing Early Auction Starts Despite Countdown?

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve been noticing some inconsistencies with the auction countdown timer on ReadySetAuction. In a few cases, the timer showed the auction starting in 10 minutes, but when I came back to check, it had already begun a few minutes earlier than expected.

    I’m wondering if this might be a time zone issue or a common glitch others have experienced. Is there a setting I should check to make sure the start time displays correctly on my end?

  14. Allow patrons to access their account if it is already set up in the system

    Many patrons ignore emails from an account they don't recognize, so we still mail invitations in many cases. Those Patrons invited by mail could not access an account that was already established for them, and if their email was already in the database they had to register with a different email, and that resulted in many duplicate entries for the same people. What is the point of setting everyone up in a database prior to the event if the patrons can't access it?

  15. Allow patron to make a partial payment at checkout. Patron may be sending checks from 2 idifferent accounts. When you choose "check' 5for

    Allow patron to make 2 check payments at check out. Example: Patron wants to send checks from 2 different brokerage accounts. We received one check and want to enter it in RSA. We cannot. Because when you enter a check, there is no Amt. field to enter. It assumes you are entering the entire amount due.

  17. A report was easily available for items that did not receive bids.

    It is not easy to find the items that don't have bids. The information is available on the Report of Bidding Activity By Package, but cant be sorted, so one has to look through all the items to find those with 0 bids. There is no time for that in the heat of the auction

  19. 'Skip this Step' for Names for Tickets Should Not be an Option

    When our donors are purchasing tickets and are asked to input names per ticket, there is an unchangeable option for them to 'skip this step'. In order for individuals to enter our venue, it is required to have a full name per ticket. This button should not exist, or at least should have the option to be removed.
