Issue saving new items
Issue saving new items under created auction categories
Hi Support Team,
I am in the middle of preparing an auction for our upcoming event and have configured all the necessary categories. However, whenever I attempt to publish or save a new auction item assigned to these categories, the platform fails to record the entry. After hitting "Save," the form resets, and the item is nowhere to be found in the catalog or dashboard.
I have already tested this across different browsers (Chrome and Edge) and cleared the browser cache, but the behavior remains unchanged. Could you please check if this…

Option to include multiple photos per item

Patrons could access their same account information from one year to the next.
The software allows you to roll donors and patrons forward from the prior year, but if you do that, the patrons are not able to access those accounts that have been rolled over. They still have to re-enter all of their information at each event. Making matters worse, they cant set up a new account if the email they want to use is already in the system, so they have to have a second email to register to buy a ticket or bid. Every time I post identical things, it takes a lot of effort to recreate the same details. It would be quite helpful to have a "Duplicate Listing" option that creates a fresh draft with the same title, description, photos, pricing, shipping information, and other details. Users can then modify only the fields that needs to be updated rather than starting from scratch. This will significantly expedite the handling of frequent listings and reduce errors caused by manually entering the same data again. I think both casual sellers and power users would save time with this small improvement.
