  1. Make it easier to navigate in Manage Donors or Manage Patrons

    When in Manage Donations or Manage Bidders, when there are multiple pages, it is frustrating to be working on a donation on page 3, for example, then when I click on return to manage donations, I am returned all the way back to page 1, rather than the page I was working on. Also, when there are multiple pages, not all the page numbers are displayed in the selection section at the top. The display may show pages 1,2,3,4,5..........10,11,12. So if I want to go to page 6, I first have to go to page 5, then click forward to…

  2. Customize online donation form

    I would like to have more control over what the online donation form includes and the instructions given to donors. Currently it seems easier for me to create a google form to collect the information I need and import the information later. However, since it is something I'm paying for I would like to use what's offered. But because I can't seem to get the information I want, it is requiring me to contact donors individually to ask more specific questions.

  3. Remove "Received" status as a requirement for Donor Thank You letters.

    Right before the auction, it is helpful to see which items I am still waiting for in the report under "Donor Will Provide" Or Arrange to Pick Up" and after the auction, there is no reason I would want to spend the time going back to mark everything as Received, except that my donor letters won't print correctly unless I do that. It took hours of work to go back to each file to change the status, just so the letters would be correct.

  4. Give donors a donation receipt automatically.

    When a person enters an item they should get a receipt they can print out that verifies that the donation was entered. This would serve two purposes. 1) The donor knows the process was successful and 2) They have a receipt to include with the item they donate that serves as a label for the auction staff to know who the item came from and can easily match it up with the online entry. Maybe this is something that would happen after the item is approved? An email could be sent to the donor with the information.

  5. Show associated package(s) on the Donation Page - Better yet, include links to the package(s)

    When viewing a donation record, it would be nice to be able to easily tell what package or packages a donation has been assigned to. Currently, if a donation has been mistakenly assigned to a package and there is no reference to it in the package name or description, there is no way to find what package the donation is assigned to without exporting the Package Status report to Excel and doing a "Find" from within the spreadsheet. You should be able to see what Package the Donation is assigned to from within the Donation Record.

  6. Shared Bidder Numbers Need to be Reflected in Reports

    Merge Bidders Using the Same Bidder # in Printed Materials - I think allowing couples to have the same bidder number is great, but the reports don't reflect that relationship. There needs to be a way that couples can share a bidder number and have all of reports/communications recognize that as well, especially when it comes time to send thank you letters!

  8. Tag purchases that have gift cards included for pick up at check out.

    Be able to tag a package that includes a gift card or gift certificate so that it appears at checkout time. Clerks will then know that there is a gift card or gift certificate to give to purchaser

  9. Edit certificates from within the Packages

    1. Ability to see GCs from within package view not just donation view.
    2. Quick link to view what the certificate will look like from donation or package view.
    3. Something that notes how many certificates are associated with each package - would really help logistically when assembling GCs for checkout

  10. Edit & switch between packages quickly

    When working on packages it would be great to be able to hit "Next Package" or "Previous Package" instead of having to go back to the full list of packages and scroll down to the next one you need to work on. Additionally, having an option to "go to package #____" would help save time when working on adding things to the packages.
    Many times I've wanted to add similar wording of things and I have to wait for the full list to load and then remember which item is next to work on etc.

  11. Allow patrons more account options

    Allow guests who have registered and paid for their tickets to be able to manage their meal choices, people in their party & other details. This would make having table hosts much easier. Right now when someone buys 10 seats (1 table) they have to enter the information about the guests right away. They can leave this section blank, but then they need to take the additional steps of letting a staff person know the information about their table guests and we have to enter the information.   12. Give users ability to customize email templates

    Being able to use the logo or banner for your event within email communications/receipts etc would make the communications that come from ReadySetAuction look much more professional and guests could more quickly identify where the email is coming from.

  13. Link to the individual donor detail pages from the Donors column on Manage Donations page

    Under Items>Manage Donations please make the Donation Name column link to the editable details of the donation, it would be great if you would also link to the individual donor detail pages from the Donors column.

  14. Be able to delete donors from the donor info page

    There should be a button to delete a patron when you are on that donor's specific page. Right now it seems like you have to be on the page that lists all the donors.

    Currently, guests are required to create an account prior to purchasing tickets or sponsorships via the event website. Benefits of this approach: Accurate tracking of which guests make which purchases, Consolidated reporting and receipts for each purchaser, Ability of guest to return at a later date and purchase additional items, Ability of guest to store credit card number for future use (both for event website purchases as well as event-night checkout via the Control Center).   19. Bring back more detailed staff access levels

    I would like to see the ability to be more detailed with the access levels for staff brought back. Volunteers who work in one specific area do not necessarily need the ability to see and/or modify the information in another area.

  20. Configure Meal Option to Enable/Disable on Website

    Add a configurable option to the Meal Choices so that the administrator can indicate whether it should be shown on the website or not.

    Example: You have # standard meal choices to offer to your guests. However several have allergies and other food restrictions. In our situation we like to add custom meal options (administratively) but we don't want those visible on the website because we just want to use it for internal purposes only.
