There should be a place where we take in event data which can then be reported on.
It would be beneficial to all of our clients if there was a way where we could track how everyone is running events and can then share the data of the type of constituents that attend, how many, how technology based the event was, etc. This data would be used to answer commonly asked questions and assure everyone they are running their event to it's maximum potential.

Organization Name

Solicitor Status Report
I want sponorships to show with FMV but the actual FMV that it reports, not the static value. It would also be nice if the solicitor status report shows the value of sponsorship donations.

Automatically Generated Emails after Purchase
It would be great for Ready Set Auction to send an automatic email when someone buys a ticket or a sponsorship so we are notified. I know we get an email when someone request to create an account, but it would be great to get a similar email to show when someone actually registered.

Ticket Purchases Select Table
We want the ticket buyer to have a designed table selection (that we can pre-fill) to be able to choose to sit at on the online website when purchasing a ticket.

Have two separate solicitor status reports--one for items donated and one for cash donations/sponsorships, both WITH solicitors, so solicitors can track whether the items/$$ they have solicited have come in.

Registration for New Staff
I believe when someone is registering to be a staff member, there should be an easier way to access "forgot password", then having to leave the registration email.

Links in Software
It would be very helpful if when you are looking at a Patron Winnings page, that you have a link to the package page in the text "Package Won: xyz", so that when we want to remove the bid, it's faster to get to the page

Import Ability After Event date
I would like the ability to import Patrons into RSA after my event date hits.

Bidder Numbers
On the event website when people buy sponsorships they can choose to leave the guest name blank, when they do that, we want the system to automatically create bidder numbers for that guest- saying something like Guest of 1 (Last Name).

Additional Auction Report Needs
It would be nice to have different ways to sort the list of your auction items into a PDF easily readable format. You need to remember that many groups are working with lots of volunteers that may be turning in items with incomplete info. Being able to easily print readable list by category of items not packages would be helpful as you start to put a lot of these items into packages. I have not found your printed reports very useful thus far.

copy ticket prices and sponsorship levels
Allow users to copy ticket prices and sponsorship levels from a past event into a new event. This could happen either when the event gets created (like selecting to roll over bidders) or later on from the Setup tab itself, but it would save users time if they didn't have to re-enter these options which may very likely be the same year after year.
