  2. Check In Messaging remove E-bidding Conditionally

    If I disable E-bidding, even if I have the Complete version of RSA, I want to be able to not have the messaging at check in say "Send eBidding Registration email to Test Last". Because currently I have to uncheck each time.

  3. Allow defined sponsorship sales to be charged from RSA

    Defined sponsorships currently can't be sold through RSA, you have to charge the donor directly in your payment processing system, and then mark the payment as received in RSA. It would be great if this could just be added to their invoice and charged directly through RSA like other items (assuming the SafeSave payment processing gateway is being used).

    Allow us to charge all open invoices with the credit card on file instead of sending invoices.

  6. Individual sponsors could add an image

    Individuals that are sponsors are currently not able to have an image added that would show in the Showcase display while businesses are able. It would be great if this function was available for Individuals where the sponsor checkbox is checked.

  7. Improve cross tab navigation

    Improve navigation so that when switching tabs between Items and Patrons, say, one returns to where one was before switching. Currently, the only way around this is to option each section in a new tab, so that one's place isn't lost.

  8. RSA Integration with Constant Contact for Donor/Bidder Communications

    As a Donor Perfect, RSA and Constant Contact client, I would like to suggest that RSA utilize the email functionality of its partner company, which would then provide the link back to Donor Perfect - and have all of the tracking features and the customization needed for professional management of client communications. Currently, we are using Constant Contact, exporting reports from RSA, formatting for import into DP, and using a separate offline spreadsheet to track communications (eg: click through rates, bounces, etc).

  10. Other Payment - Add Pop Up Box for descriptive detail

    When payment is logged as other during check-out, please give a pop-up box to enter extra details--just like when the check option is chosen and the check # pop up box appears. This will help with reconciliation of payments.

  11. Allot Ticket Money toward Purchase instead of Refund

    If someone buys a ticket, but then doesn't need it- I want to be able to give them a credit toward their purchases that they can use, instead of refunding.

  14. Bid sheets could be printed to reflect any Pre-Bids that are made leading up to the event

    It would be nice to be able to print out up-to-date bid sheets. That way, if we lose internet during the event, we can continue to manually update our bid sheets throughout the event.

  17. Allow some defined symbols in bidder number custom entry

    We assign bid numbers by table (ex, Table 2 seats 10 so the bidders at that table are assigned bidder numbers 2-1 through 2-10.) This allows us to easily sort/deliver receipts at the end of the night. But the entry requirement only allows numerals.

  20. Event site shouldn't display blank meal choice column if meal wasn't offered

    If an organization does not offer a meal choice for ticket purchases, this column shouldn't display. What happens right now is when you buy tickets online, if you select multiple tickets and enter a guest name, then in the Review & Checkout Section you can click the magnifying glass next to the number of attendees which shows a grid that includes a blank column for meal choice. This may cause ticket buyers to think they missed filling out part of the purchase, even though the field was never offered to them.
