  1. Need to be able to distinguish between Donors who wish to receive mail, email, or online only communications

    Would love check boxes that would allow me to check off whether donors would rather be contacted via mail, email, or an online application form (I guess phone could be an option, but that's not super relevant for me).
    It's not at all convenient to put this in the "notes" field, as it's not a searchable field, and it's labor intensive to sift through and find out who wants what.
    This week I printed a 17 page list of mailing labels, and spent 3 days whittling it down to 11 so that I wasn't mailing out an extra 200 letters…

  2. Staff Listing Publicized page in Catalog

    Way back Readysetauction included the staff in the program book - BRING THAT BACK everyone likes to see their name in a publicized thank you acknowledgement.

  3. Allow bid numbers to be imported as an option

    We have used other systems to manage our event, and those have allowed us to import bid numbers. I would like to be able to import these - a HUGE headache for I'd already printed packets with assigned bid numbers before I tried to load into RSA and it's taken all day to get RSA Bid #s to agree.

  4. Make it easier to navigate back to the Homepage

    Once I look at the Event Catalog, it's really really hard to figure out how to get back to the event home page. It took me four different attempts.

  5. Allow staff to issue credit amounts at check out

    Ability to issue credits amounts at check out. Someone may win a $200 credit playing heads/tails game, etc.

  6. Contact Email Address Not Unique

    Let the email address associated to a Contact on a Business Donor record be a duplicate to an email address for an individual. Many times you want to list the Donor for a sponsorship or an auction donation as a business, but the contact that you should send a thank you to at that business record is also an individual bidder. Without being able to duplicate emails you either have to list the donor as the individual, or you have no way to email a thank you note for the business record.

  7. Place Donor Contact Information on RSA Generated Gift Certificates

    How are winners supposed to know who to contact when they win an item? It would be very helpful if RSA could give the option to include the donor information on the gift certificate. I'm having to manually go in and add it to all gift certificates, therefore adding that info twice.

  8. Show bidder PIN on check-in screen

    Show the Bidder PIN along with their bidder number on the check-in screen, so you can give it to your attendees when they check-in. This will enable them to go start using shared bidding stations right away.

    I would love it if this report could include the bidder's email addresses in the report as well.

  10. Win It Now should be more visible

    The win-it-now option for each item should be viewable at all times, not just by registered bidders after the auction starts.

  11. It would be great if Add to Showcase was an option in the Actions box

    At the bottom of the Manage Package page, it would be great to include "Add to Showcase" to the drop down menu so that you can choose all the packages you want in the showcase in bulk action instead if having to choose it when you fill out the form. You should also be able to search by packages that are in the showcase, so you can then modify as needed.

  12. Configure Meal Option to Enable/Disable on Website

    Add a configurable option to the Meal Choices so that the administrator can indicate whether it should be shown on the website or not.

    Example: You have # standard meal choices to offer to your guests. However several have allergies and other food restrictions. In our situation we like to add custom meal options (administratively) but we don't want those visible on the website because we just want to use it for internal purposes only.

  13. More flexibility with the "asked" feature

    Please make it possible to batch edit the "asked" status for donors when on the main donor list without having to send an email.

  14. Add back in the Number of Lines for the bid form auto calculation on the Package page.

    That was a great feature! I DO want to know how many bid increments I'm creating when I set bidding parameters. Thanks!

  15. Add import/export id as a search field when select "find a donor"

    In order to maximize the use of that import/export id (which would be a unique identifier for every donor whether its a school family or a vendor) it would be extremely helpful, when adding a donation, to be able to search for a record by that id #.

  16. Make different online account types for donors and bidders

    Currently, a patron is required to create a "Bidder" account when attempting to purchase a sponsorship or give a donation through the event website. This causes issues when a business attempts to donate or purchase a sponsorship through the website as there is no way for them to designate themselves as a business in doing so (especially since business donors cannot also be bidders in ReadySetAuction).

  17. Show more information on online procurement donations in the Inbox

    Currently, the only information available in the preview is the donation/description, donor/e-mail (and in some cases, only a portion of the e-mail), value and quantity. At the very least, the entire e-mail as well as the donor's mobile phone number should be visible, and perhaps also a notification as to whether it is a business donor or individual donor.
