The trial database time span is too short.
The trial database time span is too short for trying to train our volunteer groups. My suggestion would be to make it 30 days. These days most people are wearing so many hats in their job(s) it's difficult to keep up.

Allow manual text messages to be sent out. This way we can communicate more than just auction notifications
We have used other platforms that allow text messages as well as email communications to be sent from the platform. We can set up manual communication texts (Don't miss out, invites, and other communications) as well as automatic (outbid, bidding closed, etc).

you could change the received date of donations after you save it.
Right now, if you save a donation with a received date, the only way to change the is to delete the gift and re-add it with the new date. You should be able to edit the gift without needing to delete it.

More Pictures for Packages
It would be great if RSA allowed users to upload multiple pictures for the eCatalog, this would allow bidders to get a better impression of what they are bidding on and help drive interest in the auction.

Credit card zip code error messages were more informative
Under @Event > Check Out Guest (also @Event > Check In Guest) you can add a credit card for a bidder.
If that bidder has a Canadian zip code, you must enter it with a space, for example, K0H 9Z0 in order for RSA to accept it.
If a US client happens to have a one-off Canadian bidder, and they are unfamiliar with the format of Canadian zip codes, they may try to enter this as K0H9Z0. This format is not accepted, and you are not able to add the card if you don't know that you need the space.…

Sharing Bidder Numbers
Would be great if the bidder number of the primary bidder ("Party of ...") were visible when you're wedding bidder numbers, so you could just enter the number rather than search for it by primary's name.

Package Import Bidding Parameters
Please allow an indication when importing packages for the bidding parameters to be auto calculated upon import, instead of having to manually enter them on the import sheet.

Getting rid of the Catalog Image URL Import Was terrible
Getting rid of the option to import the catalog image urls was terrible. Do you know how long it takes to go into 150 individual packages to upload pictures?

Bidding notifications should be opt-out not opt-in
Uncouple "Enable outbid notifications via text message" from "Enable ebidding". If you'd like to have bidders set-up accounts before you enable the bidding via the "Enable ebidding" checkbox, then you cannot have an already checked box under Bidding Notifications for them to receive text messages. BETTER YET - make both Bidding Notifications by email and text opt-opt only.

We want an option for donors to cover the cost of their processing fees when they check out.

DPO integration should allow for more specific gift codings
Because sponsorships/monetary pledges/in-kind donations often need to be tracked separately within DonorPerfect, it would be great if the DonorPerfect Transfer screen gave you the option to set codes separately for these different categories of gift transactions. This way you could give one sub-solicitation code to sponsorships, a different one to in-kind gifts, etc.

Billing address entered when bidder puts credit card on file should populate the patron's ADDRESS and ZIPcode fields if they are blank
If a patron puts a credit card on file at checkin, we are required to enter billing address and zipcode. That information should populate the Address and Zip fields on patron's record IF they are currently blank. Similarly with email if patron gives email address for receipt, the info should populate the email field on patron record if currently blank.

I would like bidders to be able to use the same account to sign in on different devices at the same time.

keying in dates, please
When setting the date of a donation (or payment) it would be quicker if we could use the keyboard to type the date in or edit the date that is displayed, rather than being forced to use the mouse to click the desired date in the calendar drop-down.

you can see won and sold packages with out winning bid or sale amount
Have an option in Event Setting to Only hide the winning/sold amount on the eCatalog, without actually hiding the won/bought items.

Clients should be able to include e-tickets with a ticket purchase.

a scannable barcode could be created for each Bidder
The barcode could be generated and be scanned for entering winnings, adding monetary pledges, and/or checking out.

Businesses should be able to be bidders
Businesses should be able to be bidders. Currently you're not able to convert a business to a bidder, but donations could be made and purchases made on behalf of a business for the business which should receive its own tax-deduction receipt for any amount over the value of the item.
