Option to include multiple photos per item
It's helpful to add multiple images to best represent an auction item, particularly with trips, or when multiple items are offered as one package.

Patrons could access their same account information from one year to the next.
The software allows you to roll donors and patrons forward from the prior year, but if you do that, the patrons are not able to access those accounts that have been rolled over. They still have to re-enter all of their information at each event. Making matters worse, they cant set up a new account if the email they want to use is already in the system, so they have to have a second email to register to buy a ticket or bid. Improved Point of Sale compatable with modern payment solutions
Please make point of sale compatible with payment terminals (PayPal or Stripe Devices) that allow you to have more streamlined in person checkouts. The current process only allows for card swipers, but we want to be able to offer PayPal/Venmo payment options in person at the event during checkout. The fully digital experience is not compatable with our event and how its structured so we need to be able to run a point of sale at checkout and accept modern payment solutions.

Check In/Attendee Reporting
I would like to have access to a report to pull the number of people who checked into the event. It could be their first/last name, table assignment, party, and possibly any associated contact information. Right now, I can pull a list of who checked in by going to Reports>Activity Reports>Seating & Meals Report, but then I have to manually count all of them which makes reporting cumbersome.

Suggestions to Improve Usability and Flexibility
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using ReadySetAuction for a while and overall it’s a very helpful platform for managing events and auctions, especially when it comes to organizing items and tracking bidders. That said, I think there’s still room for improvement in terms of usability and flexibility. It would be great to have more customizable reports and filtering options to quickly access important data during busy events.
Additionally, improvements in navigation and a more intuitive interface would make the experience smoother, especially for new users. More control over registration forms or required fields would also be very useful for different event…

Donation, Package need to be the same length of characters.
To easily convert a donation to a package, the donation description needs to be the same length as the package description. That way, if you have all the information when receiving a donation, you can enter it and then package it easily.

Staff could have real time notifications of ticket or sponsorship purchases
This is my first time with RSA and I assumed there would be some notification when a donor purchases tickets etc to our event. Surprised there's not, and a little frustrated I have to keep checking in Reports.

Set a separate tab to "Buy a Table"
Our guests are used to being able to easily buy a table. Some families want to buy a table for their group. Some businesses want to do this for their clients and get the advertising write off. It is not user friendly to have to purchase a table under a "sponsorship" tab. I had someone email me about where to go to buy a table. They had no idea to look under sponsorships. I had to add a special note at the top of the website to direct guests to the sponsorship area to buy a table.

One of the biggest challenges for us was the required account creation process for ticket purchases and checkout. We intentionally gift a large portion of our seats to ensure the room is filled with the right audience and community partners, but for guests who are purchasing tickets directly, requiring account creation creates unnecessary friction.
Today’s donors and event attendees are increasingly cautious about privacy and payment security. Many are hesitant to create accounts or store credit card information in another platform, especially for a one-time annual event transaction. Report Suggestion
I just spoke with support and they said the report I need doesn't exist. I need an excel report that shows the items won, bidder info, and the date of payment. There are two reports that have this info (Data Exchange Report & Payments Received), but it would be helpful if this was in one report. As it stands, I have to use both reports and combine them. Please expand the Gift Certificate text area (more characters).
The Gift Certificate created by the system needs to have as many characters as possible to be able to give the winning bidder all the package information and contact information in order to take advantage of what they won. For the packages with lots of details (international vacations, baskets with lots of items, etc.), there needs to be more room to state what is in the package/basket.

create a custom report to do that?
In the Reports Tab of the system, I would like to customize the ‘Consolidated Donations by Donor’ report to only show donors who donated in the current year and no longer show donors from previous years — is there a way to set a default filter for this report or create a custom report to do that?
