Bidders unable to receive confirmation emails after registration
Hi,
Several of our bidders have reported that they did not receive confirmation emails after completing their registration. We've checked the spam folders and tried resending, but still no luck for some users. This is making it hard for them to complete their accounts and start bidding.
Is there a known issue with outgoing emails from the system, or do we need to adjust any settings on our end?
Appreciate any advice you can provide — we want to resolve this before our auction officially goes live.
