Under the Donate Auction Item, have the ability to change the wording/options
If a donor of an item choose "Item Delivery" on an organization's website, the wording is currently "I will deliver" which might be confusing to some donors. It would be better to adjust that wording so that it's better understood they can mail the item in.

Bidder accounts could be used to update guest lists
Often sponsors purchasing large ticket amounts may not know the names of all their guests at the time of purchase. It would be great if their bidder account could link to their guest list in the control center so that they could enter guest names and then RSA would create the bidder and add the bidder to the sponsor's guest list. This would cut down on the need for event staff to manually update guest lists.

Gift Certificates RTF Version Needs Catalog # and Event Name & Date
I much prefer the RTF version of gift certificates, but unlike the HTML version, there's no event name or date, or a very important item, the Catalog #. This is a must!

Email Customization
It would be great if we could allow customers to edit the subject lines of their emails. This is a marketing tool, users may want to customize the messages being sent to patrons.

Search and edit bidders by Party
I'm looking for members of a particular party to assign table numbers but have to go through RSVP by Party Report, search each one by name and individually change table numbers.

eCatalog should allow packages to open immediately
Right now, opening times for packages on the eCatalog go in 15 minute increments, and when you add a new package, the earliest time it can open is 15 minutes from when you add it. It would be great if this was more flexible and you could have a package open immediately when it is added.

Allow button customization
The Event Website has standard buttons for "Buy Tickets" and "Buy Sponsorships" etc, but this doesn't always fit every organization's needs, it would be great if users could add to the text to say, for example "Buy Sponsorships and Tables of 8"

Attendees could send a text to an event phone number to be checked in.
A phone number could be created by RSA on the day of the event that a text can be sent to check-in. If the phone number has been provided by the client beforehand, the bidder can check in with their phone attached to that number. For example text CHECKMEIN to 556569 to check-in and not stand in the check in line!

Currently you can only buy tickets online with a credit card. Should be able to use Electronic Check.

new event should have option to carry over items and packages
When purchasing a new event, you are given the option to carry over things like donors, bidders, and item categories from the last event. It would save users a lot of time if you could carry over items and packages as well. You can currently do this manually through the reports but it would make the user experience much easier and more seamless if RSA could do this for you automatically.

Make Emails to Admins More Informative
The emails that admins receive when bidder accounts are created are all the same whether their event is public or private, this causes confusion for organizations with public events that don't need to "approve" the bidder accounts. It would be great if the language could be more specific, depending on whether the event site was private or public to say either "you must approve a requested bidder account", or "an account has been created an you don't need to take any action at this time."
