  1. Several suggestions follow . . .

    -The actual logo of our sponsors could be on our event website.
    -We could see live bidding updates as they happen
    -We could sell raffle tickets
    -Payment by credit card/paypal can be set to required in the settings
    -Titles for patrons/donors need to be expanded to Mr. & Mrs. Also, need to include religious titles such as Sister, Father, Brother, Reverand, etc.

  2. Provide an PDF Version of the eBidder Tip Sheet for Digital Distribution

    The eBidder Tip Sheet only allows you to print a copy of it. There is no option for a version that can be electronically distributed to Bidders. It would be useful to have a version, PDF or other format, that can be digitally distributed to Bidders for virtual and online only events

  3. Invoices for Donations

    In the same way that it would be helpful to be able to invoice for sponsorships, it would be helpful to be able to invoice for monetary donations that come in before the event. We have several donors who request for invoices and it can get confusing to have so many items that we have to manage outside of RSA.

  4. you had currency options within the Ready Set Auction set-up

    We weren't able to process the payments through the PayPal portal we'd set up because the information it was receiving from RSA was defaulted to USD, though we are in Canada. I've reached out to RSA staff about this, but have yet to hear a response as to whether or not you have the currency capabilities. We won't use the platform again without that currency option - we've used other platforms that allow choices and have had no issues. This is the first time we've encountered problems.

  6. Create the ability for table purchasers to enter guests names as they fill their tables, beyond the initial purchase of the table

    Our attendees cannot know exactly who all their guests are going to be at the time of purchasing a table, and their inability to subsequently go in to the system and update names created a significant administrative burden in getting these entered, particularly on the night of the event itself.

  7. Allow us to change the end time for bidding on all items as one edit

    When we researched how to change the closing time for all the auction items at once, it appeared to be an easy thing to do: find all the items, click on them, change close time. Sounds great. But once things were bid on, you couldn't select all and I was eternally grateful to have a volunteer that changed the closing time on every single item. With an event like this, you need to be able to quickly adjust the closing time for the auction

    At the end have the ability to move all Patrons into Donor Perfect now just Bidders and Donors. Currently anyone who registered but did not bid or donate who might be a new constituent. The ability to move them either into DP or ConstantContact.

    When bidding, I would like to see the amount of the bid raise amount in the item information. It would help when using Otto to know what would be an appropriate additional amount to put on bids. I have frequently not put enough on my bid, except for the initial bid.

  11. Make Deleting or Partial Deleting of an Invoice Simpler

    If you want to delete something from an invoice or delete an invoice altogether, it takes many steps. It should be accessible from their bidder information, where currently you can only view the invoice. To actually delete something from the invoice, you have to go to Check Out Guests > Find the bidder > Look at their invoice and delete something from it. Instead, it would be helpful if everything related to the bidder could be managed on the same page.

  12. Bidders and/or Donors from previous events were marked.

    When you bring people over from the previous event, it would be great to have a way that people are marked so they can be filtered to be sent a separate communication from everyone else.

  13. Add "My Account" bar to the event website to make it easy for patrons to check or update their settings

    Please make it easier for patrons to access their accounts, to add missing information, change information, ADD GUESTS to their parties, and most importantly STORE THEIR CREDIT CARD. This would make for a more pleasant experience checking in by avoiding long check in lines. Currently the only way to get a patrons credit card into the system is by manual check in, buying a ticket, or placing an e-bid.

  14. Allow patrons to store credit card information without making a purchase

    Currently, patrons are required to make an online purchase (admission tickets, sponsorship sales, etc.) in order to be presented with the option to store their credit card information for use at the event. It would be great if they were able to create this online account and store credit card information without having to make a purchase.

    Essentially, we would like that a user be able to create an account and simply save a credit card for their account. And that's it. No need to purchase anything, just save their credit card information.

    be able to edit a series of patrons by either scrolling through them (vs. returning to patron list) OR allow an editable table view of the patron list so that each record doesn't need to be opened in order to edit it

  17. Register couples under Admission Tickets rather than a Sponsorship

    When couples purchase tickets, it should be listed under the Admission Ticket section rather than Sponsorship. Couples do not click on Sponsorship because they are not wanting to provide a "Sponsorship" they just want tickets.

  19. You should be able to highlight and copy category descriptions on past events

    Currently, if an event has become read only, you cannot copy the descriptions for any of the categories found in setup. You should be able to copy them to paste into another event. There isn't a report that shows the descriptions listed very easily.

  20. Increase the character limit for the Package Description field

    Increase the character limit for the Package Description field. 1500 characters is too limited when there are many items in one package and a description is needed for each item
