we could select which guestlist we want to roll forward.
We host annual events in mutiple cities, therefore it would be nice if we could choose which event guestlist we want to roll forward rather than the most recent.

Payment button was more visible on invoice
Many patrons thought that when they received their invoice it meant that their card had been debited and they could pick up their items. They don’t always scroll to bottom where payment button is. Recommend that the payment button be moved to top of invoice.

Personalized display names
Our bidders loved bidding with personalized, creative bidder display names. This created more bidding wars than the simple anonymous112, anonymous 124, etc. Most people did not want their actual names shown online.

Reporting: Need a report for ticket sales that includes date of ticket purchase, names of guests, guests menu choices and notes.
Need a report to use to "audit" ticket sales for accounting. Should include the date of ticket purchase, the name of the purchaser, the name of the guest, menu choice, and notes. Therefore, if a ticket purchase included 4 tickets, then there would be 4 line items to the purchase.

Website Should be Responsive to different sized-screens
Right now the RSA website is set-up & optimized for mobile phone display only. It does not look good when viewed on a tablet and looks even worse on a computer screen!
While I know that RSA is geared towards mobile users, a lot of people still use computers so the website should be responsive to the types of screens it can be opened on.

Not every event has eBidding
I'm using RSA to sell advanced tickets and capture credit cards for traditional bidding. No eBidding / No Catalog. Unfortunately, the account creation email for ticket purchasing requests eBidding instructions (i.e., Remain anonymous, inform if overbid). THIS IS VERY CONFUSING SINCE WE HAVE NO EBIDDING. CAN THIS BE REMOVED?

eBidding Instructions for Bidders
It would be great to have specific eBidding instructions for bidders on how to register their account and the steps involved in the eBidding process that organizations can include on the Website and/or in the Invitations

Monetary Pledges could be transferred into DonorPerfect as donations, not Auction Winnings.
When doing a transfer to DonorPerfect, Monetary Pledges are identified as Auction Winnings rather than Gifts and Donations. This is clearly incorrect and needs to be rectified. Monetary Pledges should be categorized as gifts, so they can be coded in DonorPerfect properly.

More Text Customization Options
It would be great if we could customize the font color and spacing better in the intro and closing messages for the event website. Right now the website looks simple, which is good for users, but dated.

Option to Advertise Auctions Across Social Media & Other Channels
I would imagine most auctions want to maximize the amount bid and don't really care who buys an item/service. RSA should allow people who love to shop to have permanent accounts. For a percentage (small) of the amount raised for an auction, RSA should market an auction to known social media keywords and other channels where people love to shop for. RSA will eventually build a giant list of people who love to browse auctions looking for interesting items and thus raising the amount any auction brings in because there will be many more bidders.

Rolling Donors from one event to the other shouldn't be required
When creating a new event you don't have the option to exclude donors from the previous event. All other options are optional except donors. Please make it optional to roll over donors to a new event instead of required.

Improved Adding Pictures
Adding pictures to the opening & closing messages is difficult. First, you can't upload it - you can only add the URL from a public website. Second, once I did add it, I was unable to wrap text around it - basically negating having it at all.

Business Name always printed on receipts for business donors
If the donor is a business, the business name needs to be on the receipt irregardless of what the attention line states. When sending a receipt to a business the salutation should be addressed to the contact's name but the business needs to show up on the receipt area for their records. Right now the salutation is dear (Attention Field) and then the business name is never mentioned.

Sell tickets without requiring password creation
There is no reason to require account creation for a ticket purchase or donation. This step is so cumbersome that it is turning some people off. We're trying to direct them to call our front desk and do it over the phone to bypass this, but that is also cumbersome. It also wastes our staff's time. The simpler and faster this process can be, the more people will be willing to participate. These roadblocks cost us money.

When building the header for an auction site, it would be so much easier to be able to drop and drag additional images there (not just the top image). I was told that you have to have the additional photos in a web image hosting site to be able to add them to the header. Frustrating additional steps when on the rest of your site things are drop and drag.

different tabs in the control center need to share info with each other
Because we didn't have a test module when we first set up the event, we tested it/practiced by entering fake information. It ended up wasting hours of my time, because I couldn't simply go back and delete the practice entries. I had to hunt down every tab that might have saved info from the original entry and delete each one individually. Crazy! I should have been able to select the entries for deletion as a batch, and that should have included all of the affected tabs. A warning dialog would be an important safety feature, of course.
