Allow patrons to RSVP online for events that do not have an admission charge. We host several art events where there is no entry fee, and we have individuals bid on the art once they arrive. For planning purposes we would like a headcount.

Make "Special Instructions for Online Purchasers" Optional under Buy Tickets on Website
For events that do not have a sit-down dinner or table assignments there is no need to offer a special instructions section. This makes it confusing for the patron purchasing tickets to an event. It would be nice to have this as an option to add or remove depending on the event.

"Create Receipts" Could Be Sorted
It's wonderful that we can click on Create Invoices>All Invoices>Sort by and have 3 options: Table #, Bidder #, Last Name. We are not given that option for "Create Receipts". Please change that for us.

Guests that are attending with a table host or sponsor should be able to preregister and enter their credit card info prior to the event.
Check-in takes a very long time when you have to enters someone's credit card, address, etc. It would be very helpful if guests could preregister and do this ahead of time.

Add non-auction-related photos to the Showcase
We'd like to sprinkle photos of kids in our programs in the Showcase to tug at heartstrings (and open pursestrings).

Allow us to change order of Auction Packages
At least allow them to follow the order of their catalog number.
Just forcing alphabetical order makes it hard to see all the packages especially ones that are not on page 1

Fully customizable bidder receipts
I would love to see a much more customizable bidder receipt. I want to make it match our letterhead and contain the verbiage we choose to use, etc.

Sponsors can edit their attendee list after purchase
Sponsors or people who buy multiple tickets should be able to edit or add attendees to their purchase after they bought their sponsorship or after we, on the backend, created the ticket for them.

Personalized display names
Our bidders loved bidding with personalized, creative bidder display names. This created more bidding wars than the simple anonymous112, anonymous 124, etc. Most people did not want their actual names shown online.

Users could enter guest names, emails and meal choices subsequent to submitting online ticket form
Especially when we're selling table sponsorships, donors typically don't know who their guests are when they first commit to the table, much less their meal choice. It would save an enormous amount of volunteer staff time if the donor/patron could update guest names, emails and meal choices themselves.

Help text within form fields were darker
A sad fact of life is that eyesight changes as we age and we need more contrast to read easily. The help info within form fields is really, REALLY hard to read for me and I'm guessing for many users, so it making it darker would be much appreciated.

we could select which guestlist we want to roll forward.
We host annual events in mutiple cities, therefore it would be nice if we could choose which event guestlist we want to roll forward rather than the most recent.

Consideration Received Customizable
I would like to be able to modify consideration received on donor thank you letters.

Website Should be Responsive to different sized-screens
Right now the RSA website is set-up & optimized for mobile phone display only. It does not look good when viewed on a tablet and looks even worse on a computer screen!
While I know that RSA is geared towards mobile users, a lot of people still use computers so the website should be responsive to the types of screens it can be opened on.

Payment button was more visible on invoice
Many patrons thought that when they received their invoice it meant that their card had been debited and they could pick up their items. They don’t always scroll to bottom where payment button is. Recommend that the payment button be moved to top of invoice.
