  1. Improve viewing of online reports

    When viewing on line generated reports you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the file to scroll to the right/left of the report. Plus the header row is not visible when reading further into the report. Many times I like to just view info before exporting or printing and it is frustrating to scroll to bottom of file when you just want to look to the right or left of spread sheet and I don't want to export the file each time to just read for info.

  2. Add more filter options to the Patrons section

    There should be additional filter options when searching/performing a drill-down on patrons, such as "purchased admission tickets" or "assigned/unassigned to party".

  3. Offer the ability to add/edit a credit card on any payment processing screen

    Currently, not all credit card options for patrons (add/edit/delete) are available in the "Process Payment" areas of the website. A user should be able to add/delete a patron's credit card in all areas where recording a payment is an option. Perhaps include an "Accounts" tab in each individual patron record for easy management.

  4. Email Reciepts

    When a donor has requested for a receipt to be sent to someone other than themselves there should be an option to CC someone when sending a receipt. Right now it only sends to the email address the person has on file.

  5. Let users renumber bidders in bulk up to the day of the event

    At this time, the action to "Renumber All Bidders" is only available as an option in the Actions on Bidders menu up until the day before the event. The only option left at this point is to manually renumber all bidders. This can be cumbersome and time-consuming. The "Renumber All Bidders" option should remain available through the day of the event.

  6. Allow for Full Exporting of Tables

    It would be nice to be able to export an entire table (such as ALL fields in Bidders) rather than having to export two or three of your reports and have to merge query them together in an Access table. Please give full functionality to background tables to those who know what they want to do that you haven't though of yet.

  7. Allow users to assign solicitor to multiple records at one time

    I would like to be able to see a list of all donors and be able to check 50 boxes next to their names to make those 50 names have a particular solicitor. Right now, I have to go in to each donor and change the solicitor. It's a giant pain. We are a PTO and have new solicitors every year and I hate entering them one by one. This would be the BIGGEST improvement

  8. Allow Notes to be Edited and Deleted

    We often add Notes to a Patron's record for others to handle. For example, the Reservations people enter Notes for the people handling the Table Assignments. But sometimes that information needs to be edited or deleted, and currently that is not allowed.

  9. Allow merged invoices for couples that eBid separately

    Currently couples can share a bidder #, but if they want to eBid online as individuals (with their individual email addresses), there is no way to get a merged invoice. This means they need to checkout separately. This makes checkout confusing, because couples checkout with their shared bidder # at the end of the event, and may not realize they have not paid for one spouse's online winnings.

  10. Change messaging that displays on event website before eCatalog opens

    Under Auction Catalog > Categories, can the message be changed from 'The Catalog is empty. Come back soon' to something like 'The Catalog will be available on November 4th starting at 7:00am'?
    Under Tickets, can we have the option to make the Tell Us Who Is Coming page be required rather than optional? The meal choices in particular are on this page and I anticipate will save us time following up if people are required to make their meal selection at the time of purchasing their tickets.

  11. Display bid number to bidders under "My Account"

    This became a problem for our auction. The silent items were E-Bidding and the Live items were traditional. So when it was time to do the traditional Live section, bidders didn't know their bid numbers. It needs to be shown in their "My Account" section.

  14. Allow Event Staff to Access Prior Events

    Currently, only staff members registered for a particular event can access that event. This means that a new staff member on the current event's staff roster cannot access prior events unless he/she was already on that prior event's staff roster as well. Since staff turnover is fairly common, and new staff often like to refer back to prior event data, it would be very helpful to allow all current staff members to access prior events, even if they were not registered staff members for those events.

  16. Enable the salutation field to be imported

    The salutation is the only patron field that is not able to be uploaded into RSA. It is importaint to be able to both formally, and informally address our patrons. When importing from our DPO system, this is a key peice of information.

  17. Have a childcare ticket option

    Our auction provides childcare and it would be nice to have a completely separate ticket structure for that. Currently, we have to bundle it with regular admission tickets which assigns kids a bid number and makes for manual count of actual ticket sales. It would be nice if when a couple buys a ticket there is an option to add a child or children and would keep them as a party, but keep the child separate from regular ticket sale numbers.

  19. Separate sponsorships from donations.

    Separate sponsorships (i.e. table sponsorships) out from the other donations, since they have different functions - for our event, our table sponsors are dealt with much differently than our auction donors. This would be helpful when sending thank you letters and when pulling reports at the end... Also, create a separate Sponsors area under the patrons tab, instead of lumping the sponsors in with the donors.

  20. Add Custom Reporting (or include all applicable fields in the reports that you provide)

    Some of your reports do not include important fields that would be useful for reviewing records. (ie "Packaging Status" report does not include Package Description and Donation Comments, which would be useful to verify that all pertinent information was included when the package was created... another example is on the Data Exchange Page, the "Item/Services Donation Report" does not include a Donation #). I realize that you can't please everyone so maybe adding a custom report feature, allowing users to create reports from all available fields would be the answer. At the very least, please add the above fields to…
