Display bid number to bidders under "My Account"
This became a problem for our auction. The silent items were E-Bidding and the Live items were traditional. So when it was time to do the traditional Live section, bidders didn't know their bid numbers. It needs to be shown in their "My Account" section.

Enable the salutation field to be imported
The salutation is the only patron field that is not able to be uploaded into RSA. It is importaint to be able to both formally, and informally address our patrons. When importing from our DPO system, this is a key peice of information.

Have a childcare ticket option
Our auction provides childcare and it would be nice to have a completely separate ticket structure for that. Currently, we have to bundle it with regular admission tickets which assigns kids a bid number and makes for manual count of actual ticket sales. It would be nice if when a couple buys a ticket there is an option to add a child or children and would keep them as a party, but keep the child separate from regular ticket sale numbers.

Separate sponsorships from donations.
Separate sponsorships (i.e. table sponsorships) out from the other donations, since they have different functions - for our event, our table sponsors are dealt with much differently than our auction donors. This would be helpful when sending thank you letters and when pulling reports at the end... Also, create a separate Sponsors area under the patrons tab, instead of lumping the sponsors in with the donors.

Add Custom Reporting (or include all applicable fields in the reports that you provide)
Some of your reports do not include important fields that would be useful for reviewing records. (ie "Packaging Status" report does not include Package Description and Donation Comments, which would be useful to verify that all pertinent information was included when the package was created... another example is on the Data Exchange Page, the "Item/Services Donation Report" does not include a Donation #). I realize that you can't please everyone so maybe adding a custom report feature, allowing users to create reports from all available fields would be the answer. Allow bid numbers to be imported as an option
We have used other systems to manage our event, and those have allowed us to import bid numbers. I would like to be able to import these - a HUGE headache for I'd already printed packets with assigned bid numbers before I tried to load into RSA and it's taken all day to get RSA Bid #s to agree.

support mobile card readers
It would make the system more flexible to integrate mobile swipe devices allowing staff to handle credit card swipes with an ipad or iphone. It also makes the use of wifi not as important which in some venues can be sketchy.

Contact Email Address Not Unique
Let the email address associated to a Contact on a Business Donor record be a duplicate to an email address for an individual. Many times you want to list the Donor for a sponsorship or an auction donation as a business, but the contact that you should send a thank you to at that business record is also an individual bidder. Without being able to duplicate emails you either have to list the donor as the individual, or you have no way to email a thank you note for the business record.

Allow "Ask Selected" to b updated for donors without emails
Right now, when you are sending out solicitations to your entire database, the only way to change the Asked Status to "yes" is to generate an email solicitation through RSA. So, any business without an associated email will not have their status changed to "yes". However, when you send out mail to all of these businesses, there should be a way to change them all to yes in bulk instead of having to change the status individually. Ability to issue credits amounts at check out. Someone may win a $200 credit playing heads/tails game, etc.

Place Donor Contact Information on RSA Generated Gift Certificates
How are winners supposed to know who to contact when they win an item? It would be very helpful if RSA could give the option to include the donor information on the gift certificate. I'm having to manually go in and add it to all gift certificates, therefore adding that info twice.

Once I look at the Event Catalog, it's really really hard to figure out how to get back to the event home page. It took me four different attempts.

Make it easier to navigate in Manage Donors or Manage Patrons
When in Manage Donations or Manage Bidders, when there are multiple pages, it is frustrating to be working on a donation on page 3, for example, then when I click on return to manage donations, I am returned all the way back to page 1, rather than the page I was working on. Also, when there are multiple pages, not all the page numbers are displayed in the selection section at the top. The display may show pages 1,2,3,4,5..........10,11,12. So if I want to go to page 6, I first have to go to page 5, then click forward to…

Customize online donation form
I would like to have more control over what the online donation form includes and the instructions given to donors. Currently it seems easier for me to create a google form to collect the information I need and import the information later. However, since it is something I'm paying for I would like to use what's offered. But because I can't seem to get the information I want, it is requiring me to contact donors individually to ask more specific questions.

Remove "Received" status as a requirement for Donor Thank You letters.
Right before the auction, it is helpful to see which items I am still waiting for in the report under "Donor Will Provide" Or Arrange to Pick Up" and after the auction, there is no reason I would want to spend the time going back to mark everything as Received, except that my donor letters won't print correctly unless I do that. It took hours of work to go back to each file to change the status, just so the letters would be correct.
