Faster Check-In Process
There needs to be a faster way to check in and add a credit card. Maybe just via a phone number - vs email, phone, password, codes...etc. We had many people decide to just not check in and not bid because it was too hard.

I completely agree that a streamlined check-in process is essential for user engagement. agreed. We need to be able to allow guests to add their credit card at the time they actually register. Regardless of a purchase. Even make it an option to be mandatory. At the very least, the ability for Admin to circle back with guests and collect that information once a guest is registered. I have to have 15 people at check-in so that I don't have 420 people standing in line outside in the cold. That is a lot of people to process.
