we could select which guestlist we want to roll forward.
We host annual events in mutiple cities, therefore it would be nice if we could choose which event guestlist we want to roll forward rather than the most recent.

Monetary Pledges could be transferred into DonorPerfect as donations, not Auction Winnings.
When doing a transfer to DonorPerfect, Monetary Pledges are identified as Auction Winnings rather than Gifts and Donations. This is clearly incorrect and needs to be rectified. Monetary Pledges should be categorized as gifts, so they can be coded in DonorPerfect properly.

Ability to add/change fields in Sponsorship area to allow for needed information
We are about to set up our 3rd event using RSA. Working in the platform has been nothing short of frustrating as “Sponsorships” have such limited fields, many of them optional, and none of which can be edited/modified.
For instance, a golf tournament registration is a Foursome, four people. Only the 1st listed person must furnish their email and phone number, all others are optional. We can’t ask for a shirt size or a handicap.
Our next event is a clay shoot tournament. Singles or foursomes may sign up, but we needed to find out other information, such as t-shirt…

Hybrid Event Registration- offer BOTH Paid and Free Options on same site
RSA needs to offer a solution for their clients hosting hybrid events. For ease of guest experience and clarity of marketing a hybrid event, one should be able to send all traffic to one event site. However, if RSA does not offer one person to register for free for the virtual part and another person to register for in person, then two different sets of instructions need to be provided, which is confusing at best, and turns people away because it's "too much" to remember/do, at worst.

Admission tickets could admit more than 1 person
With the current set up admission tickets can only admit a single person. If a user wishes to sell a couple or team ticket, they have to set it up as sponsorship. This is problematic as many donors will not think to look for tickets under the sponsorship section, which leaves it up to the organization to have to communicate this to their constituents. Let us be able to set up ticket catergories that admit more then one person or at least be able to move sponsorship levels to the ticket section on the website.

We could order items on our online catalog for virtual auctions. Also didn't like how "Request an Account" implied approval process.
We would have liked the ability to organize our virtual auction items, instead of the default ABC order.
Also, when our interested bidders clicked to create an account the webpage said "Request an Account." We saw many people click on our link to create an account, but only so many people actually created one. We worry that the "Request" language deterred people thinking it involved more than what it was, which was an automatic approval that we set up in our settings.

RSA Subscriber via Donor Perfect - no option to launch a new auction without "purchase"
Our previous auction is locked out as view only. There is no option to start a new auction under our subscription. I had to contact Tech support for which I received a coupon code to "purchase" a new complete subscription for $0. The coupon code does not work. It is taking days to set up a new auction. Why is there no ongoing subscriber benefit such as easy access to a new auction?

Increase limit for admission ticket options
Currently, the limit of options for admission tickets is 25. We need a way to add more ticket options than this.

Response email was customizable
It would be great if RSA could make the response email that our guests receive upon sign up customizable or even make it optional. Right now it is somewhat confusing for our event and the subject line is not accurate nor is the fact that it is coming from a person instead of the organization as it should be.

Tickets to Bid
We would like to be able to make ticket or sponsorship purchase mandatory in order to bid.

Several suggestions follow . . .
-The actual logo of our sponsors could be on our event website.
-We could see live bidding updates as they happen
-We could sell raffle tickets
-Payment by credit card/paypal can be set to required in the settings
-Titles for patrons/donors need to be expanded to Mr. & Mrs. Also, need to include religious titles such as Sister, Father, Brother, Reverand, etc.1 vote -
Ability to add countries into the Account Sign up page
We have many oversea patrons that would like to sign up for an account in RSA but are unable to as there is no country field and the state province fields are US and Canada only. This is super frustrating to the patron and we can potentially lose a lot of potential bids.

you had currency options within the Ready Set Auction set-up
We weren't able to process the payments through the PayPal portal we'd set up because the information it was receiving from RSA was defaulted to USD, though we are in Canada. I've reached out to RSA staff about this, but have yet to hear a response as to whether or not you have the currency capabilities. We won't use the platform again without that currency option - we've used other platforms that allow choices and have had no issues. This is the first time we've encountered problems.

multiple events could be open at the same time
In this virtual world, with many organizations doing multiple online events, it would be great if we could have more than one auction open at the same time so that we could accept donations for one future event while the current event was still happening. It would also be useful if we had extra items that had not been packaged, if we could carry those over into the next upcoming event.

Auctions could be continuous, every week or two, with silent and eBidding opening and closing on a regular basis.
It would be great to have the ability to electronically manage ongoing auctions, where people can bid on packages (silent via Forms/Emails as well as eBidding) almost all the time. Packages can be checked to see if they are still available (vs sold at the prior week's auction) and submit their bid. The current RSA software requires the opening and closing/locking of auctions throughout the year, making it cumbersome to manage.
