Increase the number of tickets a person can purchase. Right now the limit is 25.
RSA has a default of allowing only 25 admission tickets to be purchase at one time. Increase the number.

RSA Generated Gift Certificates could be sent directly to winner
Especially now that many are doing online events, it would be nice to have more editing options for gift certificates and the ability to email them directly to the high bidder (copied to donor) with their receipt.
Another acceptable option would be to search for selected gift certificates and print/pdf them one at a time.

E-catalog had a chat feature
Now that many events are going online, we would like to suggest having a chat feature for our bidders to speak to one another or to us. Or have a forum where they could go to speak to one another. This would help us engage them in our auction as well as make it more lively.

Ticket and Sponsorship Description should be more visible
Please make an option for Admission Ticket Category description and Sponsorship Level Information description to be visible on the actual website page under each sponsorship level or ticket category instead of clicking on the info image to see the description.
I would like the purchaser to see important info about what they are choosing. Most users will not know to click on the info image to obtain this information.14 votes -
Ticket descriptions should be more visible than just in the information bubble.
Ticket descriptions should be more visible than just in the information bubble. They are hard to notice.

Add "My Account" bar to the event website to make it easy for patrons to check or update their settings
Please make it easier for patrons to access their accounts, to add missing information, change information, ADD GUESTS to their parties, and most importantly STORE THEIR CREDIT CARD. This would make for a more pleasant experience checking in by avoiding long check in lines. Currently the only way to get a patrons credit card into the system is by manual check in, buying a ticket, or placing an e-bid.

Register couples under Admission Tickets rather than a Sponsorship
When couples purchase tickets, it should be listed under the Admission Ticket section rather than Sponsorship. Couples do not click on Sponsorship because they are not wanting to provide a "Sponsorship" they just want tickets.

When somebody wins an auction item, if there was a way to put a button on that page that allows them to "pay now"
When somebody wins an auction item, there should be a way to put a button on that page that allows them to "pay now". Right now once an item was won, you have to hit "home," then on the right-hand side, hit "check out." This should be more simple.

Sort eCatalog by Price
Our donors need to be able to sort packages by price, high to low or low to high, when looking through the eCatalog.

Streamline account creation with purchase of tickets
The process to buy a ticket is cumbersome. A guest clicks on the ticket, but then has to create an account, which sends an invite. The invite link takes them to complete the account but never takes them back to the purchase they started. It would be MUCH better if the ticket purchase and sign-up for account could happen all in one session. Then you can verify the email if you like. If someone has an account, they could sign in and purchase all in one shot, too.

Cash donor not be required to register
When someone just gives cash as a donation on the website you shouldn't be required to register.

Option to Update Language on Sponsorship screens
I would like to have more control over the language on the sponsorship screens, such as:
On the first sponsorship screen "Buy Sponsorships", it would be nice to be able to include information about the sponsorship that displays under "(includes X seats)" instead of language that only appears when you hover over the information button.
On the second screen, "Tell Us Who's Coming", I would like to be able to edit the title (or at least have the control to remove the "optional" language), as collecting guest information from sponsors is already difficult and I feel that this further deters…

you can see won and sold packages with out winning bid or sale amount
Have an option in Event Setting to Only hide the winning/sold amount on the eCatalog, without actually hiding the won/bought items.

You can preview eCatalog before enabling it.
Allow staff to view the eCatalog before it goes live.

Catalog items could be scrolled through and multiple be chosen at once.
It would be create if you could scroll through items, select them and add to a cart.

Allow button customization
The Event Website has standard buttons for "Buy Tickets" and "Buy Sponsorships" etc, but this doesn't always fit every organization's needs, it would be great if users could add to the text to say, for example "Buy Sponsorships and Tables of 8"

Allow Donors to pay by e-Check when they purchase tickets or sponsorships online.
Currently you can only buy tickets online with a credit card. Should be able to use Electronic Check.
