Give users ability to customize email templates
Being able to use the logo or banner for your event within email communications/receipts etc would make the communications that come from ReadySetAuction look much more professional and guests could more quickly identify where the email is coming from.
Being able to add customized links and/or buttons to direct our audiences back to specific pages on our website would further help us to get key messages out to them. Also being able to add our organization logo or banner to the messages that come from ReadySetAuction would add to the professional feel of the communications and let our audiences know that the email is coming from our organization (on behalf of ReadySetAuction).
Having an option on the website to attach items to communications or a specific place where we could upload these documents for our audiences to view at their leisure (where we could direct them to) would be ideal as well.

Agree! I created a word document that I thought I would be able to insert into an "Invitation" communication to all Bidders. Very disappointed that we can only copy and paste and it comes through as plain text.

Ready Set Auction communications is sorely lacking. They do not meet industry standards at all.
It would also be nice if we would be able to attach items to emails, like when we send out the invitation email if we could attach the ebidding tip sheet.
This clearly has gotten no traction, but the font is also terrible. It is so difficult to read. If it needs to be a default font, please improve the readability.
Also need to be able to modify the subject line.
