An error occurred while saving the comment arhwo commentedBeing able to add customized links and/or buttons to direct our audiences back to specific pages on our website would further help us to get key messages out to them. Also being able to add our organization logo or banner to the messages that come from ReadySetAuction would add to the professional feel of the communications and let our audiences know that the email is coming from our organization (on behalf of ReadySetAuction).
Having an option on the website to attach items to communications or a specific place where we could upload these documents for our audiences to view at their leisure (where we could direct them to) would be ideal as well.

An error occurred while saving the comment arhwo commentedI wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion and believe it would only enhance the experience for bidders and our overall auctions. It also inspires a bidding frenzy before the auction closes which can increase the income for our organization.

If you have a date range and it is included on your event website, all of your bidders will know exactly how long the auction is open and how long they have to bid. They can do/know this without having to 1) repeatedly return to the homepage for the information or 2) admins having to include it in the description for every auction item - taking up valuable character space there, which is needed to accurately describe each item. Having a auction date range (open and close dates/times) is beneficial to organizations and their bidders.

Adding the option for additional percentages, e.g. 5% or 10%, and for bidders to see what the amount would do to their total would be ideal at self-checkout. Additionally, showing an option for rounding to the nearest dollar would be a great option. A lot of bidders like round amounts for ease of tracking on their end. Both of these options would allow for our organization to generate additional income, which is always welcome.
Also, in light of not having an in-person event & utilizing only admin checkout, it would be nice to figure out a way to include this in the options for the organization admins as they are processing payment - like on the invoice or as a selectable option for the bidders when their review their account for final purchases and winnings. A lot of bidders like to add additional amounts to cover shipping, administrative fees or just to be generous. It would be nice to have this option available to them, BEYOND, self-checkout so the organization admins can process payments according to the wishes of the bidders.
