Consolidate Donors and Bidders
Donors and Bidders currently reside on separate lists. Although this facilitates working with data specific to the patron's role, it also requires additional data entry work to make a contact both a donor and a bidder, and it requires the user to be careful to enter the same name and email address to prevent duplicate records. It would be nice to change this to a single list of patrons, with optional donor and bidder roles, that could be enabled per patron.

This suggestion has been implemented - a single patron can be bother a Donor and a Bidder, and therefore can exist as both designations with a single e-mail address. (The only exception to this rule would be Business Donors, who cannot be Bidders.)
