That's one way to do it. You can also navigate to the page of the specific bid sheet you want to print, and simply print that page by selecting it (by page number) in Word's Print dialog.

Please keep in mind that the checkbox to save the credit card information to the bidder's account is checked (on) by default. Your bidders are making an explicit decision *not* to save the credit card information when they uncheck this box.

Re: "go to package #," you can accomplish this by entering the package's catalog number into the search bar and clicking the Search button.

A tip to speed this up: You need only enter the street number (not the entire street address) in the address field.

A couple notes:
1) Returning to the prior page after saving changes to a patron is problematic, because while you are working on one patron, another member of your staff could be working on another. ReadySetAuction is a multi-user application. This means that by the time you are ready to return to the prior page, that page may now have different contents (perhaps a bidder was added or deleted changing which bidders appear on that page), or in the extreme case, the entire page may no longer exist to go back to.
Workaround: Use Right-Click (Control-Click on Mac) to open the patron you are working on in a new window. When done, save changes and close that window. The Manage Patrons window will be right where you left it. Now do the same for the next patron in the list.
2) It is not always possible to show clickable page numbers for every page. Some events have hundreds of pages of users, and there is simply not enough physical room to display them all.
Workaround: Look at the address bar at the top of the browser window. At the end of the URL you will see "?page=3" if you are on page 3, for example. Simply edit that by replacing the "3" with the page number of your choice and hit ENTER to go to that page.
